Premier Inn Glasgow (Motherwell)

hotel was fine, staff nice and very helpful except that the problem with the not working wi-fi couldn't be resolved by them, although they tried.

Warmly welcomed by the staff everytime I have been there, i spent 2 weeks on a contract in the area. Clean rooms and great food over the road. Easy check in Large Tv's in the rooms also a bath which a lot of Premier Inns don't have nowadays. Would recommend to anyone working away for a good night's sleep and good food on your doorstep. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

What’s not to like? We stayed for 3 nights to visit family who live locally. We got an excellent deal and had a great stay. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable, we both had the best nights sleep. There is an endless supply of tea and coffee for your room, in the reception area. There are no frills but you will be very satisfied, especially considering value for money. We had breakfast each morning in the Beefeater restaurant and again couldn’t fault it. Fresh fruit and breads, a good variety of cereal and breakfast freshly cooked to order. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for an overnighter and got a cracking deal via the website. From the outside the place looks grim, but nothing a coat of paint wouldn't put right. All the staff we encountered were lovely, professional and very helpful. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It does need a spruce-up but this didn't detract from the fact that our room was nice and that we got an excellent sleep. We took breakfast in the adjacent Beefeater and again the service was top notch , Niamh I think, and the food was very tasty and very well presented. We will use this place again when next in the area.

Needed a bed fir the night before a family funeral. Great bed friendly staff, lots tea and coffee avail and on site bar n restaurant. Not 5 star but at 66 quid , great value and added meal deal for breakfast and dinner including a drink was perfect at 25.99.

Everything was at it should be. Staff very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent and great value for money. We had to visit a sick relative and this took all the stress out of the trip. Easy to find and central for all we wanted to do.

Nice clean hotel in a good location with a decent beefeater on site. Top guy on reception, nothing was to much trouble for him. Will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in the Glasgow area. Cheers Bem for all your help and I’m sure I’ll see you again soon!

We have stayed at the Premier Inn for a weekend while we attended a gymnastics competition. Robert was very lovely and helpful to solve our late night problems very quickly. We enjoyed our stay and he made us feel very welcome. I’m glad we had Robert as our night shift staff member, I’m not sure what we would have done without him!

Robert was very helpful with our late night problems and solved them straight away, need more staff like him. He’s a very kind gentleman and made us feel very comfortable and safe. Glad to see someone like him on your night shifts. If I wanted anyone to solve my problems it would be the one and only, legend, Robert.
