We had a lovely quiet break at the hotel, the service was very laid back, chatty and friendly. We did miss not having a swimming pool, didn't have time to use the gym but it looked good, the food was excellent, scrambled egg was cold, probably better if it had a cover. The bed, room and toilet area was immaculate, all in all it was a great restful stay!

Check in and check out took minutes. This hotel has parking which was very convenient and the Royal Albert DLR line is about a 5 minute walk away, so it is easy to get around with Tower Bridge being about 7 stops away. The restaurant and reception staff were all lovely and rooms were cleaned daily and the gym had in a decent amount of equipment. We had a corner room with decent views, it was spacious and the shower pressure was very relaxing after a long day of exploring. The only thing I wish the room had was fridge. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful staff and got my favourite room facing the airport so I could watch the planes take off and land. It felt like home as used to live in the area and so easy to walk around the Docks like I used to do. The breakfast included is also amazingly generous and abundant and the staff are saved. It is not a high end hotel but feels luxurious and everything you need is there at a good price. Thank you Hampton! The picture is the hotel from LCA to show you how close and easy it is to even walk there and I you cannot here the planes only watch and get excited by them!

Breakfast is awful, and you are told in no uncertain terms that you only get 40 minutes to eat it. Hotel is very basic in terms of amenities. When I discussed a problem with my room the person on the front desk seemed utterly disinterested.

Lovely basic hotel with excellent transport links. We had a lovely hot breakfast every day during our long summer stay. Staff were clean and polite. The fitness room is clean and quiet. Sheets were properly installed with every housekeeping visit. This is a lovely place to stay when visiting London.

******** cancellation policy, don’t choose prepaid or don’t pay them at all until you finish your stay.If an emergency occurs on the booking day and you cannot travel, don’t expect the any refund. Even you cannot walk and you were in the hospital they will charge you fully. Policy is policy but emergency and hard situations for humans.

Stayed here when it was new and it was a great clean place. Now, the carpets were super grubby and dirty. Hoovered but marked and need washing. The rooms are great size and breakfast is average. Parking was the main reason I chose this hotel. Not bad for a night or two but best to stay elsewhere if you can. I was on a business trip so had limited options, last minute.
