Premier Inn Newcastle Airport

The Hotel’s location is very close to The Newcastle International Airport and the Metro. Just a few minutes walk can be reached. Clean with sufficient lighting is good. The bed’s quality is a bit soft and old. If it is changed, it will be better.

Very closely located next to Newcastle airport, no more than 5 min walk. Friendly check in team, clean room and option to take food from restaurant to room is very convenient for solo travelers.

很好！剛進去的時候下雨走的是餐廳，超級貼心的幫我和行李送到了前台，前台小姐姐也很平易近人，剛去很多聽不懂，卡也不能用，特別貼心的指導。衞生不錯，床品乾淨，離機場幾分鐘距離，附近就是地鐵站很不戳！

Standard premiere Inn and stayed in many over the years. Sadly the shower didn’t work at all which we found out at 4am when we were leaving for an early flight. Both myself and husband tried and no water came out whatsoever. Time was not in our side and we didn’t have time to wait for it to be fixed. We did mention it at check out to an entirely disinterested member of staff. Shame

Needs a update. Staff were very poor and not very helpful. Bedroom in need of a total refurb carpet and room furniture in need of replacing

My family of 4 checked into The Premier Inn Newcastle Airport as we have a 5.55am flight the next morning. The price, staff and location were all good, but when entering the room we noticed it was already pretty warm. After exploring the air con system we noted it was locked at the minimum temperature of 20 degrees, which had no chance of cooling an already hot room. We checked with reception, who acknowledged this was not ideal, but all rooms are locked at this temperature and there was nothing they could do. After attempting to sleep early in preparation for our early flight the room just got hotter and hotter. We had all windows open and a fan blasting on full (which just added noise to the already unbearable situation). In short the whole point of checking in next to the airport so we could maximise sleeping time ahead of our flight was ruined by this crazy system they have of locking temperatures in rooms. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but if like us you were thinking of staying to maximise sleep even if only by a few hours...... DONT!! I'd rather have only had a few hours sleep and then commuted here rather than no sleep and roll into the airport with 3 other very stressed and unhappy family members. Terrible experience as a result and The Premier Inn should offer the basics as a room that allows you to adjust temperatures and be able to sleep. As they don't, I'd recommend to avoid this like the plague or potentially try your luck in the local sauna!!

Had a very early morning flight so stayed in the Premier Inn next to the airport really good clean rooms great staff wish my holiday hotel had been as good,lovely bar and parking available at a cost I will definitely use again.has tea and coffee in rooms plus vending machines if you hungry at night serves food and breakfast

Stayed at this hotel prior to flying out on holiday the following day. Good room rate achieved and the room was comfortable with a nice shower. Ate in the restaurant and the food was nice.The beer prices are competitive and it was a great start to our holiday.

Great meal at the restaurant and a very quiet nights sleep before our early flight to Tunisia for 2 week holiday. :-)
