"I was impressed with this brand-new hotel, which boasts an excellent location just opposite Emsphere, offering an abundance of delightful dining options within walking distance.
However, I encountered an issue with the hot water supply in the bathroom shower and bathtub. The water lever needed to be turned to the blue indicator in order to obtain hot water, and vice versa — an unintuitive setup that no guest would reasonably expect. I reported the matter to the front desk around 1 p.m., but upon returning past midnight, the problem had not been resolved.
A plumber was subsequently dispatched and confirmed that the lever had to be turned to the blue side for hot water. Despite his efforts over the next 15 minutes, the issue remained unresolved. I trust this is a minor teething problem that will soon be addressed, as the hotel otherwise shows great promise."
