"I have been staying at this hotel for the past two years because I enjoy its ambience and location compared to other hotels in Sibu. I would describe it as one of the newer hotels in the area, and it has generally been well maintained. However, during my visits over the past six months, I have noticed several issues that require attention from the management. For example, the hair dryer was not functioning, the shower gel and shampoo dispensers were either not properly refilled or not working, and the balcony was not cleaned thoroughly. While these are not major issues individually, if they are not addressed promptly, they may eventually affect the hotel's reputation and guest satisfaction. At the moment, I would rate the hotel 3 out of 5 stars. Nevertheless, I will continue staying here because of its convenience and overall comfort, unless I find a better alternative in Sibu. I sincerely hope to see improvements in the near future. Thank you."

"I did stay pepper inn for one night. This hotel look new. Facilities is standard We were arrived at there at 3:30pm. But unfortunately lift is not working. We have to carry our luggage to our hotel room. Lift need to repair and was told repair need take some time. The room is clean. No feel stickers in floor. Toilet is a little bit smelly because sucking capacity of exhaust fan is not enough. Face tissue can be provided. Overall experience : Good and will stay again."
