"I recently stayed at Kingston Hotel 22 @ Cheras Kuala Lumpur (formerly Prescott Ace Kuala Lumpur Cheras) and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to Cheras, Kuala Lumpur city centre, and nearby restaurants, convenience stores, and public transportation. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and willing to assist whenever needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was stable throughout my stay. The hotel offers good value for money, making it a suitable choice for business travellers, short stays, or budget-conscious visitors."

"The air conditioner wasn’t cold enough, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, and there were hairs left on both the bedsheets and blanket. Aside from these issues, everything else was okay. I hope more attention can be given to cleanliness and hygiene in the future."

"FYI: Floor: Not clean and slightly sticky. Kitchen: Equipment is dirty, and the area is not properly organized or tidy. Overall, the place is good and fun for events, but it would benefit from some maintenance and improvements to provide better service."
