今天早上居然看到了老鼠，然後我下樓跟前台説給我換了房間，然後還覺得很正常，説紐約可能當地比較老，老鼠可能從管子裏爬進去的也有可能。我不想當面跟他們鬧矛盾，後來換了房間，但是很明顯感覺到雖然嘴上説sorry,但是明顯感覺一副高高在上的姿態。再也不會住了，真的太噁心了。

Thermostat didn't control heat and room was always uncomfortably hot. Reported to front desk but no fixes were made. Carpet was very tired. Suite was spacious but bathroom was cramped. Bed was comfortable.

Very disappointed in this property. Is supposed to be a luxury hotel. There is no restaurant or bar and not a decent restaurant bar within a couple of blocks. Each shower was different. Hot water was very inconsistent. $42 a day "facility fee" for gym and who knows what else. We were not even informed of the gym or where it was. Writing all of this, I'm mad I gave them 3 stars, should have given two stars. Will never stay there again. On top of everything else, some of the front desk staff were absolutely RUDE!

Our door man elias was awesome, from the valet experiences to him walking us to the steakhouse and walking us in without hesitation to make sure we were happy . His care and concern for our experiences while in the hotel were far beyond what ive ever experienced. Hotel was clean, quite, and very welcoming. Great experience ,we will be back

Getting upgraded to a suite was wonderful, and our room was super quiet and clean. I also LOVE a room with a bathtub, so that was an even extra bonus. Going back tonight, so fingers crossed!

The room was spacious and the mattress great. The waterflow in the shower was strong and steady. The location was great and close to what I needed, and the front desk was great and so were the rest of the team. Good elevators.

Checked in very late at nite but it took over 10 minutes just to get the room key. Front desk person not very friendly and actually rude. Same person duty next morning at 7 when I checked out and her attitude hadn’t changed. Not even one smile. Not the right person greeting guests!!

There's construction ongoing that I wish I'd known about in advance. That said, the front desk staff is wonderful and the room is clean. No bar though.
