很緊湊的小酒店了，房間裏還可以，比較乾淨，一般中國人旅遊的多，周邊裏帝國大廈還是時代廣場都比較近，地理位置不錯。

We had a 3rd floor room w a window loking to a terrorific giant ac in the middle of lil hole of the building
The window was impossible to open
The heater is central so if you need cool air and can’t opend the window, you have the ac , the point is that the ac in exactly in in your face
Conclusion…. Im writing this at 3.30 am after all day walking around NY 😖😩😖😩

The location for the price I paid was amazing! The details of the outside of the building right into the room , Goregous! Only thing I did not like is a man knocked on Ny door shortly after I checked in stating he heard noises in my room and insisted I opened the door for him because he heard drilling. I absolutely did not open the door and called front desk. Other than that I have already recommended it to everyone I know.

The building is pretty and the linens are nice, the bathrooms have pretty tile, but half of the floor in the rooms are unfinished, nasty-looking cement unfinished floors. I didn’t even want to be barefoot in my hotel room, it felt gross and dirty.
The room was so tiny I couldn’t even open my suitcase in the floor, I had to put it on my bed to access it.
The bathtub drain wouldn’t close up to take a bath- it just slowly drained the water and you had to either keep filling the tub or take. Very short bath, and the round thing under the faucet wasn’t even fully attached to the tub, it showed holes around it when you flipped the switch to close the drain. And the hole was rusty.

It was a great experience for both me and my friend. The staff was amazing from front desk check in and check out. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet, they have the friendliest staff, and the most comfortable beds! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next one in February!

Had a family emergency and asked for a change of dates for my stay. The guy who answers the front desk told me he doesn’t deal with these issues and to call back to speak with the right person. He added that more than likely I won’t get any help. Not cool to assume and give out an opinion if he didn’t work on that department. Very rude tone. I won’t book here considering they don’t accommodate for emergency issues.
