I am disappointed in the "resort fee" other hotels include in the rate (except the water). Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

I have mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the hotel itself was exceptional. The rooms were immaculate, offering all the comforts one could hope for. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant, providing excellent service throughout.
However, the area surrounding the hotel significantly detracted from the overall experience. The neighborhood was plagued with issues, including visible garbage and a prevalent smell of urine on the streets. Additionally, there were rats scurrying around, which was quite off-putting. The presence of homeless people in the vicinity also made me feel uneasy, though this is more of a reflection of broader societal issues than the hotel itself.
I’d recommend it for those who prioritize hotel amenities and service but advise caution and preparedness for the less than ideal surroundings.

Room was so small. Sick was slow drain and reported it with no resolution. AC came on when temp set to warm

Great hotel. Super clean and comfortable room. It was small but not too tight. Staff was very kind and helpful. Very quiet in the room. The particular location it's in is disappointing as it's kinda dirty / gross but is very accessible to subways and cabs. Great place to stay for the cost! Highly recommend.

Spent my birthday weekend here with 12 guests in my party and everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Very clean, tidy and accommodating. Definitely staying here again.

This is probably my fourth time to book this hotel. Always enjoy my stay. My recent 5 nights were great. Except for two days when housekeeping didn't clean the room until late afternoon. Otherwise, all good! Staff were friendly as usual and very accommodating.

Very nice and clean! Located in midtown it’s a pretty short walk to time square! Friendly staff and a nice bar in the lobby. Would stay there again!
