Excellent location to restaurants, bars and subway stations with direct lines to Manhattan. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel was at the perfect location for what we need it. It was close enough to the train station. The front desk people was not the friendliest but the hotel was clean and the room was not very big but the bed was really comfortable and clean. The complementary breakfast was good enough to start the day. The hotel looked new and clean.

Limited parking even tho they don't mention that when u book it. They made my 82 year old fatherinlaw, who can barely walk, walk a block to park. I called and asked if they could hold him a spot after Xmas dinner (quite a few hours later) and they refused and offered no alternatives. Ironically they sent a follow up email asking how they could fix anything that was wrong.

I booked 3 rooms, each with 2 beds. only have 2 rooms available when we got there at 10pm, and 1 of the room is a king size bed. the front desk staff is saying since we booked it through a 3rd party website so it doesn't show when the rooms are overbooked. they did found an extra room for us in the basement, but overall, this checkin experience was really really bad. I won't stay there again.

We arrived an hour before the 3:00 check-in time and were pleased to find out that we could get into our room right away. Our room was extremely clean. There were problems with the floor. An iron burn mark on the floor and one of the floor planks was loose, I tripped on it a few times. All in all, had a good stay.

A great option for NYC if you don't mind riding the subway a bit to get around. About a 30 min ride to Manhattan. The neighborhood is nice and walkable with plenty of nearby dining options.
