ホテルはとても綺麗でサービスも良かった
しかし、ドアの建て付けが悪かったのが難点
玄関ドアと洗面所のドアの開錠が難しかった

We loved it. Like staying at Grama's house. Excellent pizza spot right next door and close to Rockefeller and Time's Square.

The building is beautiful and old. It is clean and well kept. The staff was so friendly and nice. The rooms are nice and mostly quiet. The room was slightly warm but we just shut off the heat and opened the window the little bit it could be opened. Very close to many things. 10 minute walk to broadway and very, very close to Rockefeller Center.

UNSAFE! WENT THROUGH MY LUGGAGE! AVOID!
I left my luggage secured with a zip tie and when I arrived to pick it up it was removed!
I only noticed at the airport when it was too late to go back.
Why was it removed? Why were they going though my stuff??
The place looks fancy but offer terrible service!
When I was picking up my luggage no one mentioned the removal of my zip tie that was locking it. Why?
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT A SAFE PLACE

This was our second stay at the 3 West Club. We’ll definitely be back! It’s quiet, clean, charming, and close to everything! The staff are friendly too!

The location was perfect. The bathroom was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy too. I really have no complaints. The place is very close to food places and great shopping stores.

We had 24 hours in NYC on a layover. 3 West Club was the perfect location to explore Midtown. Close to Top of the Rock and Central Park and more. Easily walkable and a fun spot.
The rooms were simple and very clean. Nothing fancy but perfect for what we were there for.
