服務：很差，很噁心💩，可能欺負我們中國人吧，我們在攜程上預訂了兩個豪華雙床房，也已經確認了，可他們衹給了一個房間，另外一間要到另外一家酒店去，距離很遠，我們不接受，他們説不接受就當是我們自己放棄了，還説我們是在第三方平台上預訂的他們不管，有確認函也不行，態度很差，我問她就因為我們是中國人嗎？她就不作聲了，一直在電腦上按，後來告訴我們衹能給我們一個單床房間，身心俱疲衹能接受已經很晚了，無奈衹能打地鋪了。希望攜程可以幫我們找回公道。

very small rooms with small beds , no service and staffs are also very dry . breakfast options very limited

地方很好，很方便

nearby China town with different restaurants clean room and dining areas staff are also nice with smiling faces everywhere but parking is really troublesome, very difficult to find a spot to park the car, to unload my luggage and pull into the hotel, especially during a rainy day, if there is a covered area for parking and luggage unloading, that would be really helpful. the hotel seems not prepared for tourists with self-driving car

ห้องมีขนาดเล็กมาก นอกจากเตียงแล้วยังมีทางเดินกว้างเพียง 70 เซนติเมตร เนื่องจากเราพักกัน 3 คน จึงเลือกห้องนอนใหญ่ขนาด 1.5 เมตร 2 ห้องแต่ก็เล็กเกินไป ฉันเลือกโรงแรมในไชน่าทาวน์เพื่อความสะดวกแต่เนื่องจากโรงแรมหันหน้าไปทางถนนจึงมีเสียงดังในตอนกลางคืน สาเหตุหลักคือมีรถสัญจรไปมามากเกินไป อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมค่อนข้างธรรมดา ขนมปังธรรมดา ผลไม้ และกาแฟนม คุณสามารถกินได้เพียงพอ แต่อย่าคาดหวังกับรสชาติมากเกินไป สิ่งเดียวที่ควรค่าแก่การยกย่องคือมีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตจีนอยู่ด้านล่างโรงแรมซึ่งสะดวกกว่าในการช็อปปิ้ง

We enjoyed our stay here in a family room with sofa bed. Comfy, clean room with coffee machine. Staff were friendly and the complimentary breakfast was good. Only negatives were the constant noise from the trains on Manhattan bridge, and the smell of fish especially in the lifts from the Chinese supermarket next door. The area around the hotel is quite dirty and not the best, but it’s close to the East Broadway subway and there are some nice restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. Wouldn’t recommend walkimg round this area at night, but that can be said about many areas of New York.

Hotel overall was not bad but lobby and elevators need to be cleaned and sanitized. It does not have a pleasant smell.

Breakfast was basic. Strange clicking sound all night

The guy at check in was super helpful and great! Once we stepped in the elevator, the smell hits you. It smells like fish market, sewage and mold. The room did not have hot water and over two night stay, we called three times for engineer support. We were told they had to restart the boilers each time for hot water. It was such an issue, we left early today without a shower to avoid the hassle. We do not recommend this hotel. The cost is not worth the amount we paid and we are unhappy Marriott would have such low standards. Parking is about five blocks away from hotel at discounted $40 per day.

Good hotel in great neighborhood, very clean and service was great as well.
