Hampton Inn by Hilton New Orleans French Quarter Market Area

Wonderful staff and property. Disappointed that it was noted that our room would “cleaned” (fresh towels, linens, etc.) “every other day and it was not. We checked in on Friday, but our room was not restocked with fresh towels, linens, etc. ever. We checked in on a Friday and checked out on Tuesday.

The hotel is nice and new and in a convenient location. The valet parking is not super convenient and it was expensive. There wasn't much space in front to park for valet. The area was pretty busy so it became congested. After a long travel day we got to our room and there wasn't any toilet paper. We called to the front desk and she said you can come down and get some. The elevators were busy amd slow so it was very inconvenient. Once I finally got down there she didn't apologize about the inconvenience just handed me the toilet paper and walked off.

I paid extra for a balcony. My view was a power station and dirty overflowing garbage cans ,was told there was no complimentary water.There was no meat at breakfast. The guy at the desk and lady who helped make my res for tours were helpful.

Very clean newer hotel. Breakfast was offered with a good variety of choices. We took advantage of their valet parking to securely protect our vehicle. The hotel is located just a block from Frenchmen Street a couple blocks from the French-quarter market and waterfront walk. We were able to walk or talk the trolley everywhere we wanted to go.

Great location, very close to Frenchmen. Clean and comfortable. Staff was not terribly outgoing/friendly but responded to requests. We skipped the valet parking ($40 a night) and were told we could park on the street at “our own risk” We had no problem finding street parking and nothing happened to the car. Breakfast was meh, bland and lukewarm.

This hotel is very fairly priced, and the location is unbeatable. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. The only small issue we encountered was that the desk chair in our room kept sinking. We asked the front desk about swapping it out for another chair but didn't get a resolution. The next day we left a note for housecleaning and they fixed it immediately. Overall and excellent stay and we definitely come back.

Awesome Hotel! This place is super nice and super clean! Great breakfast in the morning really got our days started off right! One block walk to Frenchmen street for great food and music! Only a few blocks away from the French Market and Jackson Square. I definitely recommend this property!

The hotel was a little hard to find. Better signage would be helpful. Once we located the building check in was easy and dining and entertainment venues were very close by.

Clean rooms Breakfast was more than adequate Hope on reception was helpful It’s NOT a 7 minute walk to bourbon street as it says on the website Don’t ask the hotel to book you a cab, they did it for us and the driver tried to rip me off There’s no way to email the hotel before or after your stay which is inconvenient
