A sentimental hotel
Clean comfortable bed easy walk to restaurants and entertainments
The air conditioner fan can be noisy if so switch it off

Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and exterior scaffolding makes it difficult to find. Room was well cleaned and bedding is comfortable. Nice boutique hotel.

We have stayed at the Provincial 10-12 times. Always the same. You can access your car in the parking lot as well. Great staff and always accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was on the first floor overlooking the pool. There is a bar on the premises and a breakfast restaurant behind the hotel. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hotel staff and bartenders were all friendly.

Quaint older hotel. Great location- walked all over the French Quarter- everything we wanted to see was within a 15 minute walk. No complaints and would highly recommend.

Perfect location just far enough off the craziness to be quiet but still convenient. Spacious rooms, comfy bed and friendly staff. The bartender was so friendly and made great drinks. Definitely will stay again.

Great stay. Beds were not queen. Before booking verify your bed size. I thought I was getting queen and got double bed…. Like a full size bed.
