Great location at the garden district. Easy access to the tram ride.
Staffs were friendly. If you like the old new orleans flares this would be the perfect hotel for you
We had the suite. Beds were very comfortable. Extra living room was perfect.
Don't miss out on their amazing rooftop bar view.
However the hotel needs some remodeling.
Carpet is old, bathroom outlet isn't working. Bathroom overall needs update. Needs more light fixture. 1 elevator is not operating. Another one was down for half a day.

Location is good, older. Streets are very tight.
Hotel is clean but definitely boutique.
Desk staff is friendly.
Valet work very hard and are pleasant.

Gorgeous, historic, beautiful, wonderful hotel. Definitely a destination even if you are not staying there - the restaurant and rooftop bar and live Jazz music were incredible.
It was a very nice quiet place to stay, since it is in the Garden district rather than downtown. The trolley stops right outside the hotel. Need to uber to downtown New Orleans, though, unless you are up for a long (beautiful) walk. On the plus side, Uber drivers in Nola are like 2nd tour guides - very friendly and informative.

Excellent location to enjoy Mardi Gras parades. Over the top friendly and caring staff. Hotel has character and charm.

I honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else. Friendly staff, everything you need is on the property. Great bar, great cafe, great restaurant, excellent second bar with rooftop view of whole city. Within walking distance of magazine street in the gorgeous Garden District, packed with shops and restaurants. The street car is just outside to take you to the French Quarter or you can Uber for under $10. You get that old New Orleans feeling with some modern amenities. Highly recommended

I had high hopes after reading multiple reviews from many different sources that this hotel is a gem. I love a charming, old-world, boutique hotel, but this wasn’t it. We arrived in the middle of the night walked through a very rundown lobby and checked into
