The unit is nice, service and communication great.this is on of two units at a residential home.
The area is not flash, so if you dont mind that you will be fine..but if you want a good or better area then this is not for you.

Kitchen smells like auckland zoo
Holes in walls
Cobweb galore
No toilet paper
Other than that pretty good

Area is lovely and quiet .
It was nice and private.
Wasnt able to get the wifi though .
They provided all necessary amenities.
It was kept clean and tidy.

Very nice and well maintained. A complete self contained unit even with an oven. Very clean, comfortable bed, plenty of space to park. Alice the host was lovely. The setting is amongst houses, but I didn't hear any noise from the neighbours.
