It was horrible! *We found a review rating 10 in Booking from our side, eventhough we didn’t leave a review. So, they somehow hacked the system I guess. *The guy in front desk was such a scam. He pushed me to go walk in shady vallies to get cash since he didnt want me to pay with card. He said card reader is not working, while putting the card in machine inverse. When I said ATMs didn’t work, he finally accepted paying by card. He totally scammed us with charging triple for booking taxi. *It took 45 minutes to check in for my in total stay of 3 hours. *The blanket was torn and smelly. We asked for extra toilet paper and they refused.

I booked for two days and they took advance money on reception before even assigning the room. Then they assigned a room full with moist walls. Water was leaking from AC. Room was very small. big stains on bed sheet and pillow. I fought with them that in picture it's different and then they assigned me other room. In the new room, the door lock was broken and no hot water. I called them but no one came. I asked for two towels, no one responded. It is nothing like the photo on booking. *********** should take responsibility for this because we are believing their platform. Anyway, we change the hotel on the same evening. I told him to at least refund us for one day as we paid for two days and we are leaving because of them in just few hours. Simply they didn't. Never choose this hotel. I am attaching real photos.
