Nice hospitality from your front office person shalini...truly amazing services from her.. looking forward to come again for a longer stay.hope to get good rooms too and I had a happy stay want to comeback again and have wonderful time onceagain

I went back and forth between 3 and 4 stars for my review. I arrived in the middle of the night on an international flight and was checked in promptly. On the surface, based on the pictures and the general presentation of the hotel, it looks and feels fine. But if you observe carefully, you will notice signs of lack of upkeep. The carpet looks old and unclean, the furniture or bathroom has stains. It's a cheaper price point compared to 5 star hotels so I was not expecting the best for a few hours of sleep and a 1 night stay. At breakfast, there were mosquitoes everywhere. It didn't matter which table I selected and which part of the breakfast area I picked...they were literally everywhere. We sat down for breakfast and complained about the mosquitoes. A guy with an electric fly swatter showed up 45 mins later....when we were already done with our breakfast. The breakfast itself was decent with several options for vegetarians. Honestly, I should have booked a different accommodation for that day, just like I did for a different day in New Delhi on the same trip.

Never recommended to stay at this place.. AC not working and no one is there to help.. One could imagine the situation in the room when outside temperature is 45.. No room dining menu in the room... Called thrice but still they couldn't send anyone to deliver menu card No cold water available.. If one wishes can put the water in fridge and wait for that to get drinkable.... Super pathetic staff... With the least level of service attitude
