Worst staff ever seen in a hotel...... they asked if I wanted normal or mineral water. We said we want normal one. But they instead got us ??mineral water. On check out they asked us to pay for and as I was talking my purse out to pay the person rudely shouted at us that we had asked for it ad that we had to pay. 94 Rs for a bottle of water. Please do not visit..at least will never check in here...

I have been coming to the Airport Hotel first in 1994. Whenever I have to spend a night for connecting flights, I'm happy to stay at the Airport Hotel. It is so close to Terminal 1 but at the same time it is in a normal neighborhood with little foodstalls in the street at night. The staff is really friendly and helpful, even in the middle of the night. Airport pickup worked fine. The building is quite old and some rooms are quite simple but all has a charakter, that you miss at ***y of the modern hotels. Take a good look at the art deco armatures in the large bathrooms. We had several nice meals in the adjacent restaurants where the staff was also really friendly.

I stayed for one night in this hotel and I found it one of the best in vicinity of IGI airport. Pros: 1) spacious neat and clean rooms with TV, sat channels and wifi 2) modern washrooms with all basic amenities 3) 24hrs room service and courteous staffs 4) in-house restaurant offering tasty food in quickest time 5) helpful travel desk and airport pickup and drop facilities (though I did not use it but the reception did offer me free drop to airport) Cons: 1) since it's located in heart of busiest IGI airport there nothing for the kids. It's ideal for business trips and layover travelers. Overall I will rate it 10/10 for the comfort and convenience it offers in close vicinity of airport.

Pros: Excellent and prompt customer service Value for money proposition Provides for pickup and drop services (pickup charges nominal) Cons: Rooms need an upgrade and if you looking for a spacious room.. Go luxury.. Standard and Deluxe were pretty much box sized. Good for a transit and would recommend for that mostly.

Very close to Airport , staff is very nice. Over all it was a great stay. I would surely recommend this place for a stay near Airport. This hotel has taxi service and room service available round the clock. They also have a restaurant adjacent to the hotel and food is very delicious

If you are taking a flight from terminal 1 this hotel is perfect.5 minutes walk to the terminal. But if you want to take a flight from terminal 2 or 3, hotels in Aero City may be more convenient. To terminal 2 or 3 hotel taxi can take you with 580 rupees. Hotel taxi driver can pick you up at terminal 2 or 3. But you have to be careful where you meet the driver. I had difficulty in communicating with the driver. With the help of local people, finally I could spot the driver. Hotel is comfortable. My suite room had a balcony facing terminal 1. Room is spacious enough. WiFi not connecting well . Shower water was lukewarm . Food menu is limited ( no non vegetarian)and rather overpriced. Service is good. Warm and helpful staff.

Very friendly and excellent stay. Staff is very friendly and helping. It has been fabulous. Food was good. Highly recommended for hustle free stay. Hospitality was good. Rooms are good and its a good stay here. Near airport terminal 1. Nearby

The stay was good. We stayed for 3 days and it was good. Room service was a little slow sometimes but overall good experience. We had a pleasant stay. Staff was helpful especially the front desk. Kailash ki helped us a lot and was very supportive.
