we had a very nice experience!! the staff was very kindly, and they help us with the sim's phones that wasn't working and other things. A good location, in the center of Paharanj, very close of differents options, and the shower has hot water. We will come back!

This place is very good for price you pay! The hotel staff were very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was the absolute best! The guy who made it was so kind and friendly! The staff are always there for you if you need anything and they were always checking up on me to make sure everything was good! I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers!

The location was good, and the cafe was nice! but i think the tour price was expensive(you may need to negotiate).

We stayed 40 nights here and it was amazing! The location is excellent for the station and the room and wet room were spacious with lots of hot water. Ali on reception was outstanding as were all his staff. He booked 10+ trains for us- ***y sleepers and long distance and gave us invaluable advice throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

If you're staying in this part of Delhi you're probably an independent traveller who's more interested in location, security and possibly hygiene. Smyle meets these criteria well. This is my second visit there. Staff are friendly and helpful and when our train was cancelled at late notice, Ali was able to book an alternative at a modest booking fee saving us time and hassle. Rooms are basic but secure and clean. Towels are provided and hot water "out of hours is available by request". Ali also arranged Airtel Sim cards in the hotel. You need your passport and visa. If you're here in winter, it's cold so rug up. Especially for the rooftop breakfast.

We stayed 2 nights in this hostel. Room was more or less clean (sheets not extra clean but alright), bathroom was absolutely horrible + toilet almost not working. Second night was worse : around 1 am, A/C stopped working and it took 30 mins to "fix" it (all the night receptionist had to do was to

***ish was very friendly and we were well received. There was a lovely rooftop were we could relaxe and have breakfast. The room was very clean and the hostel is located at a very good place. From the hostel you walk immediatly into a beautiful market

Literally spoiled our holidays. No renovation at all. Everything is dusty. The bathroom size is too small, no space between toilet seat ad wash basin. Not recommended at all! Please don't waste your money, there are much better hotels out there.

Great stay at Smyle Inn. Friendly and helpful staff especially Ali who helped with Sim card, train tickets, booking a driver, restaurant recommendations and general advice. The location is perfect, near the metro and train station with ***y shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and the free breakfast is very good. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Хороший вариант ночлега на одну ночь, удобное расположение, рядом метро и вокзал. В целом все понравилось, особенно готовность персонала помочь по любому вопросу, спасибо! Из минусов - завтрак скудноват, а также очень шумно по ночам, слышно как завывают собаки, но это уже претензия не к отелю.

They tried their best at all times to fulfill all our needs and go beyond during our stay. They also provide extra services like car transfers to make your travel easier. Great location in the middle of the main bazaar road, 10 mins to the metro and train station. Rooms are large and okay to India standards. Seems to be the choice of ***y internationals. They have a lovely rooftop where breakfast is served every morning. Breakfast team is great!
