Good location, very close to outlet mall. Carpet is very old and worn looking in hallways. Had a rice krispy treat wrapper under the bed. Toiletries were Dove brand(very good). Other than the wrapper, the room appeared clean.

Overall a great hotel but was a little noisy late at night and early in the morning. The bathroom was nice but the tub drained really slow.

If you’re looking to go to the outlet stores, this location can’t be beat. Despite the new construction of this property, the room had a weird odor and was marginally clean. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. Our room was off the main lobby and if you’re assigned a room on the first floor, ask to move upstairs. Kids were running and screaming in the hallway as their parents paid no attention and drank beer in the indoor sitting area until midnight. Phone didn’t work in room so we couldn’t call the front desk to complain. Even if we could’ve complained, I don’t think it would have mattered because the front desk is right by this sitting area and it went on from like 10pm-midnight. Go stay somewhere else that’s cleaner and quieter.

The room was overall dirty. There were random hairs throughout the room. Several were on the bed, others on the restroom and shower, and one was stuck on the phone cord. The sink had some crusty stuff in it. The shower floor was also dirty. Overall dissatisfied with the lack cleanliness of this facility. I’d expect that more from a motel.

Our room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed a great breakfast too. Staff was kind and helpful. Enjoyed being close to the outlet mall.

We booked this stay specifically to have a nice place on the road home to watch the Super Bowl. We are from Kansas City and it was very important to us to be able to watch the game. The pregame show was fine, but when the actual game came on it was completely in Spanish. It took nearly the entire first quarter before they got it straightened out. When talking to the front desk they acted like it was no big deal. I got so aggravated that it ruined the first have for me. We've stayed there in the past with mixed results. Let me assure you that we'll never stay there again.

Bathroom door wouldn't latch or stay shut. Stuff on the floor. The bathroom sink didn't have a stopper. Zero toilet paper. I reported this to the desk and they seem somewhat indifferent about it.
