Hotel Vapore

Location of the hotel was great, close to the beach and local stores, rooms were clean and fresh with small issue - namely - lack of possibility to boil a water for tea or coffee in the hotrl room, the room service was on good level - every day fresh towels and clean poches/sheets, unfortunately in terms of food I have to say that it was disaster, very small amount of various dishes, 2 soups that taste was very average all rest of food was very bad, just 3 species of meat ( not always fresh or well cooked as we had food poison after all ) very small choice of salads or indegrients to make a sandwitch, no possibility to make a tea for the supper time ( it was possible only on breakfasts) and even no choice to purchase it from the food service, it is better to eat in restaurants near to the hotel, general score in my opinion 3 out of 10, hotel owner should take action on it to make it better place as there is a lot of potential here to make it great place to stay in Neum.

I arrived with friends at the hotel and parked my car on the parking lot of the hotel. We took the hotel elevator down to the beach where the bar is located. We used the elevator because one of my friends was temporarily having trouble moving due to a medical condition. We spent a nice amount of money and after a couple of hours of sitting and enjoying we headed to the hotel entrance to get to our car and go home. When we tried to enter the hotel, a security guard from "Delta Security" who was hired by the hotel approached us and prevented us from entering, with the explanation that HE does not allow it in HIS hotel We nicely explained to him that we were guests of the hotel, that our car was in the parking lot of the hotel and that our friend was not able to go the alternative way (consists of a million stairs), due to medical condition. The security guard unfortunately had no understanding or patience, and even threatened us (he threatened to two girls, a young man with limited mobility and me), and I am sure he would beat us without any trouble or remorse,just for fun or pleasure 🙂. I am local in this city, I live here all year round and I warmly recommend everyone to avoid this "hole" with poor, incompetent and especially insolent staff (not all staff but 90% of them). They have the same offer as any other restaurant or hotel in Neum but differ in expensive prices, poor service, and in my experience unfortunately you can get BEATEN UP if the security guard is in the mood, even if you are a girl, immobile or semi-immobile person it means nothing.

Our stay at Hotel Vapore was amazing. The Cuisine was very delicious and the Staff was really kind and professional. Our Room was always tidy and clean. The Pivnica Bar had a wonderful collection of famous beverages and beers. I‘ll appreciate the warm welcome and kindness of the whole Staff at the Hotel. Thank You for the wonderful time.

Schlechter Service,Personal nur am Handy, Rezeption hat keine Ahnung,Zimmertelefon weiss nicht wie Mann auswärtige Anrufe machen kann. Frühstück,alles kalt (Polenta Würstchen etc.Personal sitzt nur rum. Zimmermädchen sind die armen 26 Zimmer reinigen alleine

Aankomst parkeerdek 8ste verdieping, met 33 man Inc. koffers in 1 lifje voor 3 personen. Dan over een loopbrug aankomst op verdieping 8, de receptie en 2 piepkleine liften. Na 15 minuten konden we met de lift naar de 5de verdieping. De kamer was prachtig, heerlijk bed en moderne badkamer met inloopdouche. Maar geen stoel op de kamer en geen fatsoenlijke haak voor de badhanddoeken. Balkon mét muziek die schalde van beneden naar boven. Toen de massa en herrie in de eetzaal. De stoelen maakten lawaai, de muziek stond vreselijk hard en het buffet stond in een hoekje opgepropt op elkaar. Je kon nergens bij en het eten was zeer beneden de maat. Ik at met tegenzin, het voelde als een all inclusive vreetschuur. De muziek schalde al bij binnenkomst. Bij ontbijt 10 minuten staan wachten op brood, er was niks en uiteindelijk werd er boos een mand met resten van de dag ervoor neergezet. We reisden met een georganiseerde reis maar zelf zouden we dit hotel nooit uitzoeken. Hou de luxe maar en zorg voor een goed lopende rustige eetzaal en beter eten. Eetzaal was op verdieping 2 en voor dat je in een lift kon was je 15 minuten verder want hij zat steeds vol met mensen van de overige verdiepingen.

Personal ist richtig schlecht, vor allem der Security Mann von Delta. Nie mehr wieder. Ich verstehe das Hotel management das sie so was anstellen. Nie mehr wieder. Der meinte wirklich er ist der Boss und Gast hat überhaupt nichts zum reden. Er muss noch sehr viel lernen.!

Mooie kamers, super mooie ligging, Mooie korte wandelpromenade Mooie bar zoveel beneden als aan de promenade, eten ondermaats en niet lekker. Zelfs het ontbijt is basic voor een 4 sterren hotel. Lekkere ijs vooraan aan de promenade, wel te betalen.

CADRE,propreté,qualité du buffet ( même en salle usine à touristes ) et de la literie :parfait. MAIS: présence de musique en soirée parfois gênante pas de WI FI au 8° ETAGE NI en réception eau de la douche à peine tiède le matin à 6.H.30 Accès à l'hôtel en groupe peu pratique vu la capacité de l'ascenseur On n'est pas en ligne avec une classification 4 Etoiles.
