Festa Panorama Hotel

The week I spent here was great but what made it great was the Animation Team that took care of us and entertained everyone. Big thanks to Ivo, Nik and the rest. Best animation team ever, really try to connect with everybody at the hotel. Made our trip much more memorable.

Having booked this hotel then reading some reviews I was a little worried. I certainly didn't need to be. We arrived at silly o'clock. Greater very warmly and even given a bag with water, sandwiches, cakes and fruit in it. Rooms immaculate clean. In fact the their housekeeping are on from 6am-12am. I honestly have to say it is one of the cleanest hotels I've been to. They even have an iron and ironing board on each floor. The restaurant offers lots of different foods. Honestly if you can't find something to eat, there is something wrong with you. Pool bar offers hotdogs, burgers, chips and toasties plus beer and coffee from 10am -3pm. Lobby bar has snacks and offers drinks from 10am-10pm. With some fantastic cocktails also on offer. They do close prompt on 10pm. If you still feel the need for a drink the disco bar is open till midnight. A short walk to an immaculate clean beach. A few jellyfish about though. Old nessebar is just a short flat walk away. Definitely worth a visit. Full of loads of historical buildings. Some cute little coffee shops and shops. We had a late flight back but could still use all the facilities until we left. All in all a fantastic stay, staff very warm and always available to help. Definitely give it go as we'd go back..

Absolutely wonderful hotel, I genuinely do not have one bad word to say! The staff are wonderful, so helpful, hardworking and delightful! Every one of them made our 4 year old little girl feel special and like a princess! Food is so beautiful and tasty and plenty on offer for fussy eaters and also lots to try for the more adventurous. The indoor children’s pool is a perfect 28 degrees. The outdoor pool is cooler but just what you need on the very hot days to cool off. Housekeeping visit every day and give fresh towels daily. Hand wash, shower gel and shampoo all provided complementary. The sea and nearby Sunny Beach are immaculate, there’s jellyfish in the water which we were initially concerned about however when we saw the locals paying them no concern we were reassured, the water is warm and very shallow until very far out, perfect for families with young children. Nearby old Nessebar is beautiful and the multi museum tickets are well worth the money. No need to pay for expensive tour, very simple to navigate around yourselves. Overall a very beautiful hotel and holiday.

Just back from two weeks at this hotel had a great holiday weather a bit hit and miss first week rest brilliant the highlights were the 2 animation team so full of energy and did there best to keep all the guests happy can't thank them enough the hotel staff were always helpful recommend the location for access to sunny beach without the noise

We arrived late -early morning at the hotel due to a delayed inbound flight. Warmly greeted by the reception with a small token of sandwiches etc if needed to put us on. Room spotless cleaned daily and everything worked fine. Kettle safe Tv etc all working Bathroom was all ok. Off piste bit ironing boards along the corridors if needed. Breakfast multi choice … lunch multi choice and per dinner also was …. It’s ok for us, generally speaking it was hot whist under the convection heaters. Staff in the restaurant all ok helpful. I suppose those reading this who went here … the coffee machines dish only half measure out. I’m glad we choose here …. Having walked to Sunny beach and had a look it’s not our bag so to speak. Nesebar old town 20 odd minutes walk away plus the south beach about the same. Bus stops outside the hotel Number 22 to Burgas for 8 Lev takes around 45 minutes… or the Number 10 takes a bit longer … around every 30 minutes … just pay on the bus… timetable we got from the tourist information just 3 minutes walk up the road. So in conclusion it’s a nice hotel lovely staff and the plus side it’s extremely good value for your money. Although we both enjoyed the Nesebar area we may not return being more Greece orientated. But don’t let this put you off !!!. Of note there’s a bottom promenade walkway to the old town or turn left out of the hotel and walk directly up the road … you’ll pass a small park on the left with seating this leads down to Nesebar old town has well … just a different bit to the bottom walk

Hotel very nice and clean rooms cleaned daily lively Seaview which also looked over the pool nice indoor pool it was a shame we went out of season as many places were closed and not much sun restaurant manager very friendly and and went up and beyond to keep you happy infact she made our holiday her name was nicolina would go back to hotel if go back to bulgaria in season

Arrived at hotel 3am in the morning. Lovely welcome from micheal. Very friendly and informative. Even a bag of sandwiches and fruit to take to room Room is very comfortable. Clean and well cared for. Bathroom is spotless .fresh towels. Hair dryer. Lashings of hot water . Shower is excellent. Balcony with table and chairs . Food is good on the whole .plenty of choice and tasty . Location is great for nice walks Indoor heated pool is fantastic. Also a jacuzzi! Big outdoor pool area. Plenty of sunbeds . The only fault I have is the music played out side by the pool ! Far too loud and club music at 9am in the morning!!! Nice relaxing music would be far more suitable as this is not a 18 to 30s club hotel !! I would definitely return to this hotel The staff do their very best and the whole hotel is spotlessly clean.

I don't know where Sophie M is because she is not here. For me it's exceptionally clean. Great food. Fantastic staff. Ive done many all inclusive and this is towards top of good to bad. I so wish yesterday was boiling hot. It rained and I got wet and cold. There is no dress code as much as i would love one. For the money this is exceptionally

Arrived on the 13th May, was greeted nicely, leave tomorrow and the hotel was clean nice overall, however the staff that run this place are so rude absolutely disgusting the way they speak to customers, the meat is uncooked, the sausages and chicken was still raw, my partner developed food poisoning from the food (I have left a photo below). I showed the waitress the food straight away and complained all he did was point at the bin and took no interest at all. The same day when we arrived for dinner, baring in mind it was absolutely boiling and had been around the pool, I had a beach cover up on and nothing was on show at all, he then came up to me so rude and said ‘dress code’ I was confused as people were wearing similar to me, I did not pack coats or hoodies as it’s boiling and I’m on holiday, I’ve never experienced this before, I thought he was just picking on me after I complained about the food. I have just left dinner now and I feel extremely uncomfortable going for food since I got picked on infront of the whole restaurant, I went down by myself, I’m a 19 year old girl and the youngest teen in the hotel at the moment, I decided to throw on some joggers since they were the only pair I had, and a nice top, I go and get my food and I see the waitress and the manageress (I think she’s the manager) whispering and looking at me up and down like school girls, I become extremely annoyed and uncomfortable I ask them what the issue is, they ignore me I go and sit down, the manageress goes ‘dress code’. It is also very hot today, I have JOGGERS on and a top, I was sweating, how is this innapropriate? Fair enough if there is an issue come up to me privately but to stand there whispering about me and giving me nasty looks is so unprofessional and shows her lack of customer service and disrespect, I state my point and say it’s boiling hot, I’m on holiday I don’t have a hoodie or a coat, they want me to dress like I’m in the Antarctica, I know I’m being picked on because I’ve seen this happen to no one else, a few other English people ask me if I’m okay and say it’s completely ridiculous. Some positives I can say is the two entertainers really make the hotel, they lift the vibe and get everyone together they are amazing truly fantastic, the young lady on reception is such an amazing help, telling me where the bus is and helping out with trips and exploring. I don’t usually write reviews but for the absolute disrespect and disgusting behaviour of this manager I cannot tolerate, please be careful and don’t put up with anything!
