VERY NOISY. Floor in room dirty!
Staff was very nice.
Paint peeling in pool but told ok to use!! No way!
Staff only good thing I found!

Room was comfortable, clean and convenient. Staff had been really nice and helpful. Only con was no ice machine and the coffee ran out early.

This property is very outdated, I don’t think it has been renovated since it was built. No ink for printer, thus no receipt, no breakfast, luggage cart falling apart. This property should not be listed on *******! Very disappointed!

I understand you get what you pay for, and most things about this place were adequate. However, our room smelled like an ashtray. They gave us some febreeze when asked, but it was a pretty rough night.

Reserved this hotel because it had indoor pool and hot tub. Arrived to find it closed for remodeling. Checked ahead to verify reservation, arrived and found room was occupied by someone else. Was told by staff "this happened the previous night". Waited at least half hour before we were finally given another room. Jenny the clerk, had just come on duty. She was helpful and friendly.

The room was not what I expected. It was dirty, the windows were dirty and there wasn’t a fridge as advertised.

The back door or side door, by the pool area had a door that had a piece of plastic where the glass was to have been. The emergency buzzer had been disconnected as they were working on the spa area. The hot tub was down the three days we were there but were advised we could still use the pool.
