밤늦게 체크인 가능하고 방도 넓어서 편하게 잘사용했어요.근데 방안에 전자레인지가 작동이 잘되지않아서 불편했어요.

Front desk was amazing,we were snowed in and they accommodated us for another night and found a restaurant that delivers in the snow safely. Definitely our future Nashville hotel. We have stayed there many times before this. Breakfast was wonderful 😊

The breakfast could have been better but it also seemed like a lot of people that didn't stay there were coming in and out for the breakfast.

Room was not clean
I found hair on the bed and bathroom sink
Food splashed on the ceiling in several places. The room smelled like they sprayed perfume in it to mask other smells and was overwhelmed gave me a headache. Looks like. They just remodeled but the carpet didn’t meet the walls and was not cleaned.

I got stranded in Nashville due to weather and Sherry and Chris made me feel very welcome and comfortable while I was inconvenienced for a few days until I was able to fly back home. The property was very clean and safe. I appreciate the great hospitality!

When entering the staff did not greet us. We stood at the desk just waiting for acknowledgment to be helped. The property claims to be smoke free yet has an extremely strong smoke odor all throughout. In my room there were lady bugs on the floor, walls and bed - all flying around. Do not recommend.
