Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Helpful and smiling staff.
The only problem we had was that we asked to extend our stay by one more night, the price jumped to double then what we paid for one night.
(We had to look for another hotel and in the end we found an excellent hotel at a better price and in a better location....so everything worked out for the best for us...)

The room was spacious and met all of our needs. The bar in the hotel is comfortable, bartenders are friendly and make great drinks!

The Hotel itself, is very nice. It had a Gatsby/Art Deco feel. Its location is great if you want walking distance to Bridgestone Arena or the HonkyTonks of Nashville. The trade off is the area is pretty noisy. Getting a full night’s sleep was a challenge.

The hotel smells amazing. It’s my favourite place to stay in Nashville. So close to broadway but yet quiet and safe.

Almost perfect stay. Great location to everything downtown. Lobby was super cute. Everyone was very friendly. Our toilet ran a lot and didnt flush well. There was a couple towels that smelled heavily of cigarette smoke.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The staff were very helpful, the room was very clean, and it was in walking distance to everything! Also, it felt very safe. You couldn't enter the hotel at night without a room key. Same for going up in the elevators. And we got discount tickets to the country music hall of fame.

Loved the location of this hotel! It was a half block walk to Broadway!
My room was ok, comfortable but not as nice as it was advertised (*) to be! Also no record player or albums in the room(*). I had to request additional water bottles (*) for my room too. It was convenient but otherwise a standard room.

We were told we didn’t have a room after prepaying for a non refundable room 5 months ago. We were traveling with a group of 14 people and my husband I were the only ones who had to leave and go to another hotel several blocks away from our friends. The hotel was under construction and dirty and run down. Not the 4 star hotel that we were supposed to stay at with our friends.
