Nice pool That there was restaurant in the facility. Entertainment at the bar at night Old hotel. Entranced smelled musty when walked into front door.

I've been coming to Nashville for about 15 years and typically stay elsewhere because of tradition. This year, my husband and I brought our young kids and this was the basis for our decision to stay here. We absolutely loved the huge pool, backyard access to the Salt Creek trail, and the onsite restaurant. Our first story patio overlooked the pirate ship playground and I appreciated its convenience and the fact that I could sit on the patio and supervise them. Although we visited in December, I could tell the place would be even more amazing in warmer weather. They had putt-putt, shuffleboard, volleyball, and tether ball. The inn is U-shaped and so half the rooms overlook this communal area. We ate a late dinner in the restaurant and our service was top-notch. The meatloaf and chicken bites (breaded in cornmeal) were delicious and there was a band playing which we could see and hear from our table. I love the country/ rustic feel of many businesses in Nashville and this fit that same bill. This place so reminds me of what Nashville is all about. We will definitely be staying here again next year for our annual trip!

could not believe there was no refrigerator or microwave
the place is a little run down
the front desk lady was not very friendly as though she didn't want to be there

The check was great, easy and super friendly. Check out was a breeze as well. They have a lot to offer for families.
The wall are paper thin. I could hear every person that walked in hall. In the morning at 7am I was awoken by people having yelling conversations in the hall outside my door about breakfast. Just be prepared for no sleeping in.
Also the drains are terrible. Washing hands had the sink not draining. When i showered after my unexpected wake up call the water was above my ankles by the tine i was finished. I did let the front desk know upon leaving but it was terribly inconvenient. The price made it nice for a 1 night stay but i dont know if i will be back.

Easy checkin and checkout. No real interactions with anyone. Place was fine with no issues. Rooms are not soundproof at all! Bed was very comfortable but pillows were horrible. Would stay again due to location and ease of everything related.

Great location from which to explore Nashville, including connection to Salt Creek Trail. Spacious rooms. On-site dining and lounge available. Lots of activities, including indoor pool, miniature golf, and a playground. Plenty of parking available.

Property is very well maintained in general, and should be great for families with kids. But some wear is obvious and needs some attention. Appropriate for the price. 😊

We had a great time visiting Nashville Indiana and staying at the Brown County Inn. Had a good meal at the restaurant and a couple of drinks in the lounge along with listening to some great music. Very friendly staff.
