Great place clean nice and accommodating

Breakfast coordinator Maria made us feel so welcome and valued. Her co-worker, whose name I cannot recall, made my wife and I feel at home. The food was great as well!

Sofa bed is broken, not functioning. Door locks in the bathroom and bedroom are broken.

Hotel was clean and nice. The bed was worn so bad you rolled towards the middle and made it difficult to sleep and get comfortable. Was a long night.

Very nice staff and very clean everywhere. Nice breakfast selection in the morning.

Hotel is clean, breakfast good, staff friendly. The LAUNDRY was closed for upgrade. The old machines were removed with no new machines on site. Terrible Planning by the hotel for a "Long Stay" hotel.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Didn't like the walk-in, "half" shower door in the bathroom, otherwise, all good. Would stay again.

Karen at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. She added to an already wonderful stay.

everything was great except the bed. King size bed dipped very badly in the middle; so bad that you could not sit upright without falling over.

The kitchen is wonderful, has everything we need. The decor of the room is incredible good.

When you walked into the lobby it was like an ice box. It was way too cold. Not welcoming at all. The rooms were fine but unfortunately that’s not what stands it to me.

Clean quiet and great staff. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Bedding smelt dirty and used Had to request for additional bedding and wanted to change it myself. The hotel room wasn’t cleaned that well for sure

We loved this hotel. With the exception of the beds being softer than we'd prefer, we were comfortable and happy. The kids loved the pool and all the room amenities were great. Breakfast was delicious and the marketplace was convenient.
