One of the standout features is the shuttle service to JR Narita Station and Aeon Shopping Mall, which boasts a wide array of shops, restaurants, and amenities, providing guests with easy access to everything they might need. Regarding accommodations, the hotel offers rooms in both the Garden Wing and Tower Wing. Notably, the rooms are more spacious than typical Japanese hotels in urban areas, which is a significant advantage for travelers desiring more living space. The hotel features an all-day dining restaurant offering buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner (with an extra charge for all meals). Furthermore, there's an onsen with both indoor and outdoor baths, a highly appealing amenity. The cost is 700 yen for adults and 500 yen for children, providing a perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. What was particularly impressive was the staff's service. The staff members were incredibly attentive and friendly. I had a personal experience requesting a room change from the 3rd floor due to a cigarette smell on July 13th at approximately 10:00 PM, and the staff promptly assisted with the room change. The next morning, the same staff member remembered me and inquired if the new room was satisfactory, demonstrating excellent and thoughtful service. Finally, having a Family Mart conveniently located within the hotel is a huge plus for guests needing to grab essentials or snacks. Overall, Narita Art Hotel provides a highly satisfying stay with its convenient location, comprehensive amenities, spacious rooms, and exceptional staff service. It comes highly recommended.

โรงแรมสะดวกสบาย มี Family mart อยู่ชั้น Lobby มีรถ Shuttle bus รับส่งสนามบิน ตอนช่วงรอขึ้นบัส เห็นคนภายนอกแวะมาใช้บริการห้องอาหารที่โรงแรมจำนวนมาก เสียดายที่ไม่ได้ใช้บริหารเพราะว่าไปพักเพื่อบินกลับไทย การบริการเช็คอินเร็วมากเข้ากับสถานการณ์ที่เราไปถึง 5 ทุ่มกว่าเกือบเที่ยงคืน พนักงานเข้าใจว่าแขกต้องการพักผ่อน หากใครมีโอกาสอยากพักใกล้สนามบิน แนะนำพักโรงแรมนี้ได้ค่ะ
