Since we are obviously travelling … kitchen tools like vegi and fruit knives and scissors would have been nice to have to support making meals. Only a bread knives was present

Excelente customer service, quick response to any questions.
The property is very well maintained, very clean, elevator that takes you right to your room. Great for couples or families.
Great location, walking distance from old town, and couple mini markets 1 min away in case you need anything.

but around the hotel we are not sure whether it is safe or not. Try Carrefure for getting food. the market is just 3 minutes walk

Property was outstanding and close to restaurants and transports. Staff was extremely helpful and kind and helped us with everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Naples.

Property with entry dystem was easy to access and felt safe. The hallway and lift were clean and tidy.
The bed was very comfortable.
Hangers in wardrope were too high to hang clothes.

The property was a good value for the price and very clean inside. The apar**ent was spacious and had a kitchenette with a gas cooktop, oven and a washer. (Would have liked even a basic microwave for rewarming coffee and takeaway food. Had a drying rack instead of a dryer but takes 24 hours to dry Levi’s.)
The poor condition of the area around the property wasn’t the owner’s responsibility and Naples struggles with housing so many residents and tourists but hopefully gets better in time.
Alessio was easily reached and available, and very helpful at check in with local recommendations.

The apar**ent was clean and spacious and the staff we met were very nice. There was not an actual coffee maker which was a downfall. No blanket on the pull out couch bed,asked for one the first day but the manager could not understand why one was needed, asked again 2nd day and got one. The oddest thing was that we each were only given one bath towel, one hand towel and a towel slightly larger than a hand towel and were told that we would not receive any more towels during our 4 night stay unless we paid $12.00 per set??? There are no perks to staying here.

This apar**ent was clean and had great accommodations for our family of three. Communication with the property manager was helpful and we had a fantastic time in naples!
