This was the worst experience of my life. I made a reservation for the hotel, and when I got there, the receptionist said the hotel was full and that I should go to an airbnb in 4 hours. She said to leave the luggage with her and return in 4 hours (after a long flight, can you imagine it?). I was very disappointed and tried to overcome this problem, but she was rude and apparently (from what I observed at the time I was there ) they do this frequently, so they only use the hotel, but they send some people to the airbnb. At the same time, the airbnb was in a really bad looking building. I was terrified, it was the worst experience of my life. I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I'm going to confirm what many other guests already commented. This hotel is a scam, they show you photos of the best room they have and you end up in a completely different one. I booked a double room for two adults fooled by the pictures and the overall score (7.3) on ***********, When I arrived I was offered a tiny room with a large single bed, which they claimed was a double (check the attached photo) and when I complained they offered me a room with a bunk bed! The hotel has 3 stars but it deserves 1. The bathroom is tiny and stinks of sewage, the sound insulation doesn't exist and you can hear all the guests arriving, banging the doors etc. There was a safe in the room which wasn't even attached to the wall, the breakfast included was poor. On top of that the hotel is located in one of the dodgiest areas in the city. The positive things - it's near the central station, but with a good metro system in the city it's not a big deal. I was also charged additionally 3,5€ per day per person as a tourist tax, apparently it is a price for a 4 star hotel, a 3 star should charge 2,5€.

The hotel is super centrally located in the old city centre an is 2 stops by subway away from the central train station. The airport bus stops about 8min walk away. Though the building does not look modern or presentable from the outside, the hotel which situated on the 4th floor is completely renovated and has a modern interior. The electric appliances (aircon, rainbow light in shower, kettle, hairdryer) were all working perfectly. The room’s design was modernand stylish. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful as well as multilingual. I really enjoyed staying here!

When arriving at the hotel, they refused to give my room, saying "is all complete" and "is too late". Obviously, they took the money from the reservation without refund. They are simply criminals, is not a hotel. Be careful and avoid the place.

We were booked into Chez Moi but were taken to Hotel Poker Lift didn't work Pokey little room Electrical wires exposed Double bed was not even a double Air conditioner didn't work Toilet leaked water from the flushing Balcony was filthy and disgusting

Camera non idonea per 2 persone, perché angusta e con letti non nuovi. Bagno nuovo con qualche criticità. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, colazione migliorabile. Buona posizione rispetto alla stazione e alla metro.

Arrivando in hotel mi sono chiesto ma dove sono capitato. Poi all'improvviso si sono aperte le porte di un altro mondo niente a che vedere a primo impatto. Personale gentile, camera pulitissima colazione eccellente sempre a disposizione. Quando tornerò a Napoli so già dove prenotare. Qualità prezzo fantastico. Bravi

Prima volta a Napoli siamo partiti in 2 io e il prof. Purtroppo il Peri non è potuto venire perché doveva eseguire dei lavori edili a casa. L’hotel è situato vicino la stazione quindi molto comodo se si vuole prendere treni o metropolitane per raggiungere i vari punti della città. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza, la portineria sempre aperta sia giorno che notte, la colazione è compresa nel prezzo e completa di tutto. La stanza era accettabile e compresa di tutto il necessario. Nel complesso esperienza a Napoli molto positiva, da rifare assolutamente per visitare nuove località che in 3 giorni di permanenza non siamo riusciti a visitare. Speriamo il Peri si tenga libero dal lavoro così ci facciamo la visita in 3 la prossima volta.

Esperienza da dimenticare. Soggiorno di due notti…. Appena arrivato per il ceck-in alla reception, il titolare ci informa che per la prima notte andava bene, ma per la seconda notte ci dovevamo spostare in una stanza affianco con letto a castello, poiché la stanza della prima notte era prenotata e che Booking aveva sbagliato con le prenotazioni, nonostante ancora i clienti dovessero ancora arrivare, con la mia prenotazione e pagamento effettuato due mesi prima. 😂 La mattina alle 7.30 ti svegli dalle urla e dai rumori che fanno nella sala delle colazioni, poiché credo sia il loro intento per pulire il prima possibile le camere. Evitate la truffa! Non prenotate! Magari andate all’hotel affianco! Zona pericolosa, la mia ragazza aveva paura di uscire la sera…ed effettivamente pure io. La cosa più bella? Il treno per tornare a casa! 🥵
