โรงแรมนี้อยู่ในอาคารเก่าแก่ทางประวัติศาสตร์ ทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างดีสำหรับการเยี่ยมชมเนเปิลส์เก่า ใกล้ดูโอโม และสถานที่ที่ดีอื่น ๆ น่าเสียดายที่โรงแรมไม่ได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่ ดังนั้นห้องพักและอื่น ๆ จึงไม่ดีเหมือนเมื่อก่อน พนักงานใจดีและอาหารเช้าค่อนข้างดี

The hotel is incredibly grand, and we were very pleased with the staff’s courteousness; they were incredibly helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo.

I liked there but the building was too old for my taste… so just so so

나폴리 자체가 불법이민자,거지,흑인들이 많고 쓰레기가 온거리에 깔려있는곳이라 초보 여행자들은 많이 놀랄것임.엠겔러리 호텔은 굉장히 오래된 건물이어서 나름 운치는 있겠지만 직원들의 서비스는 완전히 않좋고,방도 너무 작음.샤워실 수압,히터 등 여행객이 불편한점이 너무 많음.

靠近城市旅遊巴士站，酒店內部庭院也不錯

Uniek hotel

Wonderful accommodating staff. Rooms are spacious and clean with amenities. Easy walking to old town. Stop in Lollo Cafe for coffee and pasteries

The staff was so welcoming and helpful with everything. We came from the airport and to find this clean and friendly place was a great way to start our vacation!

Beautiful property with a Great Breakfast. Easy to get around. Not my favorite neighborhood but very easy to get cabs.

Super quiet rooms at night. Found the rooms extremely basic with furniture for the cost we paid. Toiletries not replenished daily or crockery or glasses. We had to rinse these out our selves. Not impressed that you had to pay extra to use the spa as a resident. Though the breakfasts every morning were amazing!

Decor outdated. Room very basic Does not live up to expectations and decor for an Accor property. No orientation to room and hotel amenities on check-in. Staff at reception not very welcoming and receptive to inquiries. Would not recommend for 1st time visitors to Naples.

This really looks like a luxury hotel at an affordable price. Parking super easy with valet, and helpful front desk. The room was so nice and big with a lovely balcony. 1 thing I found not good was that I asked for ice and they didnt have any. Told me to go to the bar and it was closed. This is a simple thing to have. There is also a restaurant there and its very expensive. Not that many amenities included. But in a very bustling area, it’s a nice and comfortable stay.
