Terminal 1 Guest House

The check in process was good and the instructions sent ahead of time were helpful. The security of the building was good and we appreciated the multiple passcodes at entry points. However, upon checking out our room there was another guests dirty underwear left in the wardrobe cupboard, thus left us to question how thoroughly the room was cleaned in between guests. There was no staff present at any point throughout the stay so we were unsure who to contact regarding this issue. However otherwise stay was fine for one night

Location is walking distance to airport terminal but confusing as to exactly where the property is located, hard or impossible to park, confusing if dropped off by cab. Grubby area but apar**ent and facilities are very nice once inside. Location convenience to airport for early morning flights is the real bonus.

We had spent several night at a beautiful hotel in Positano and had an early morning flight to the Greek islands. We just needed an inexpensive room to catch a few hours of sleep. Terminal 1 emailed detailed instructions on how to get into our room and they were perfect. The room was surprisingly nice for the price and the bed was comfortable. When we left at 4:30 am I left behind a bag with medication for my wife in the breakfast room (yes this place even had some light snacks in a breakfast room). I didn’t realize I left the bag until we were outside the security door. Fortunately they have an outside intercom system and after several buzz attempts (it is 4:30am) someone answered and I was able to confirm my identity and they let me back in to get the medicine bag. We were incredibly grateful!!! This is a well run operation and it is a short walk (a couple blocks) to the airport. The walk felt like a safe neighborhood.

We liked the convenience of the location-walking distance from airport as we had an early flight. Communication was great for the facility without front desk. The room was specious. The only negative feedback was the dirty floor, my socks got black right away. But if you had slippers,I guess it's fine. It's just my personal feedback.

A super choice for early flights out of Naples. A six-minute walk to the airport. Breakfast opens at 4am--it's packaged things that you can stick in your bag. Plus coffee and tea. I didn't see much in the way of neighborhood restaurants, but remember that the airport has a few choices even without having to go through security.

This place was a life-saver for us when our airline rescheduled our flight out of Naples for the ungodly hour of 6:15 a.m. It's a 5 minute walk to the airport. This rooms are super-comfortable, and there's a pleasant and well-stocked breakfast room.

I kind of want to gatekeep this place. We needed somewhere near the airport and were amazed. Easy to find,and access. The room and communal area is spotless and has everything you need. The apar**ent is 5 min walk to the airport and taxi driver found it easy. It cost about €15 from main train station to apar**ent. Bed is super soft and the room has aircon , Netflix, mini fridge, and en suite. Breakfast room is large and spotless clean, continental breakfast a plenty and very simple innovative check in and check out. We will definitely be back again.

Alessandro was excellent communicating with us. The guest house is the perfect location in walking distance to the airport. Everything was clean and modern and comfortable.

The theme was a very cute one and the room reminded me of my first apt in New York City in the 1970's. Alessandro was terrific getting us past a problem getting into the room. My only complaint is that it was cold in the room and the unit in the upper bedroom would only blow cold air.
