Ovo - Slow Travel

This was the most fantastic experience. Location can’t be beaten (if you want to be right in the middle of everything). We felt very welcome and our hosts were always quick to respond with helpful tips. This really is a fabulous base for however many days you are lucky to be spending in Napoli. We will return for sure. Thank you.

What an amazing find in the heart of old town Napoli! The location is awesome! Caterina reached out prior to our arrival to ensure we knew the best way to arrive and answered a bunch of questions we had around taxi's, restaurants etc She was quick to respond and super helpful. We were able to arrive early and drop out bags which were deposited into our room while we were out. They provide a lot of details on where to eat and what to see in the room and all recommendations that we took were spot on! The building is above a bar that is pretty lively at night - but we had no trouble sleeping at all! The only complaint i have is that we didn't have longer to spend here! Will definitely stay here again!

Bellissimo b&b, struttura molto originale con arredamento ricercato. Si trova in una zona centrale, vicinissimo a tutto. Adiacente ad una piazza molto frequentata, si vive lo spirito di Napoli! Caterina e Carlo gentilissimi! Consigliato!!!

Ci siamo stati solo una notte, ma ciò non toglie che l’impressione che abbiamo avuto sia stata ottima! Caterina é stata gentilissima e disponibile già da prima dell’arrivo e poi durante il soggiorno. La camera molto curata e pulita, abbiamo notato l’attenzione al cliente e ai dettagli. Il B&B si trova in pieno centro, quindi comodo per girare a piedi, ma volendo c’è la fermata della metropolitana a pochi minuti quindi davvero comodissimo!

Très bien situé, en plein coeur du centre historique, avec de nombreux restaurants, cafés aux alentours. Le B&B est situé dans un ancien palais, donnant sur une petite place. Il est très bien insonorisé. La chambre est vaste et meublée avec beaucoup de goût. La salle de bain manque juste d'aération. Les hôtes sont très serviables et réactifs. Une excellente adresse, à recommander.

Es sind die kleinen Dinge, die einen Kurzurlaub zu etwas Besonderem machen. Bereits im Vorfeld erhielt ich eine Message von den Besitzern mit Infos über das Appartement. Am Vorabend eine Info über die Möglichkeit für einen Sonderpreis ein Taxi zu bestellen. Wie vereinbart trafen wir uns pünktlich am Appartement. Entspannt, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend wurden wir begrüßt. Das Appartement liegt direkt an der Piazza Bellini. Rundum gibt es sehr gute Lokalitäten, Bars, die zum Verweilen und Genießen einladen. Ja, es ist ein belebter Platz. Hier pulsiert das Leben von Napoli. Der Vorteil ist augenscheinlich. Man muss abends keine großen Strecken zurücklegen, sondern hat in kurzer Laufweite sein Zimmer. Ein Türe im großen Eingangstor öffnet den Eingang zu einem großen Innenhof. Mit dem Fahrstuhl oder einer weiträumigen Treppe geht es in das zweite Obergeschoss. Die große Holztür öffnet sich, ein freundlicher Raum, ausgestattet mit Reiseführern empfängt uns. Hinter der zweiten Tür befindet sich ein großer Raum und der Flur zu den verschiedenen Appartements. Unser Appartement erstreckte sich über zwei Etagen. Unten der Empfangsraum mit Kühlschrank und einem kleinen Badezimmer. Auf der Empore das Schlafzimmer mit einem tollen angrenzenden Badezimmer, alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allem was einen Urlaub angenehm macht. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, sodass einem erholsamen Schlaf in hervorragenden Betten nichts im Wege steht. Man merkt sofort, dass die Besitzer mit viel Herzblut eingerichtet haben. Sie helfen bei Fragen und geben Tipps was man in Neapel alles erleben kann. In Laufweite ist die U-Bahn Station Dante (Linie 1) zu erreichen. Direkt ums Eck geht es in die belebte Via S. Pietro a Maiella. Alles in Allem eine rundum tolle Unterkunft, die man guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen kann.
