Property is new as of August 2023. Was clean and well kept. There was a nice kitchenette in our room with full sized frig, 2 burner stovetop, microwave, and full sized coffee pot. HOWEVER, there were no pots/pans, no plates, no silverware, no glassware or cups. Lots of cabinet and drawer space, but all were completely empty. we asked the front desk about this, and they said that is how the chain operates. They did have these items for sale in the lobby....

This was our first time staying at a My Place. We had never heard about them before. The young lady that at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming! She made check in a breeze. Our room had more than we needed, was super clean AND was an amazing rate! We will definitely be looking to stay at a My Place whenever we travel.

I've stayed at this newly built property in the past but it was too noisy for me to sleep properly this time, even with a lot of sleep sounds playing next to my bed, as the guest next door was creating a lot of percussive, knocking sounds. I went down to the front desk at 2 AM but they weren't willing to switch my room until an hour later which would have been impractical. I was tired the next day, not great when you're driving a long distance.

The hotel was very nice, quiet & clean, but I had no hot water either the night before or next morning. Would have been 5 star if there had been hot water!

Hotel is brand new so very clean and staff friendly. The refrigerator is a nice bonus in the room, didn’t have to keep ice in our cooler. Didn’t utilize the breakfast option so can’t say to as how that was. Only complaint was the beds are hard as rocks, we don’t need extra soft when we are out of town but extra firm killed all our backs all weekend. Maybe as they break down they will be less firm. Easy walk to the ford center for our event.

This was a very nice hotel. Great location. Nice room. We were not informed to get breakfast you had to order the previous day. I thought it was a Continental breakfast. With a room delivery charge option. However would definitely stay again. Good value, good price, nice facility. Overall a pleasant experience.

A nice place— clean, new furnishings, and quiet. There is a stove top, refrigerator, and microwave which makes it nice for a long stay.
