The hotel has a very relaxed feel and is an ideal stopover for travellers arriving in Nairobi from JKIA before continuing their trip via Wilson air*****. I walked to Wilson from the hotel!
This was my second stay and the staff are all super nice. Specisl mention to Richard the ****nal fan on reception

A beautiful place to visit with delicious meals and comfortable and spacious room. Clean environment with friendly employees. Very accessible from the capital city and Jomo Kenyatta international airport.

This place defines “service with a smile” - from checkin to the amazing breakfast and lunch buffets and delightful dinners at Tamambo restaurant or poolside hang (where if you’re lucky you’ll get to know the ever effervescent Evelyn. She is the best!) to the gorgeous drinks in the Dawa Lounge where David and Jimmy will show you true passion and the artistry of making the perfect drink.(Try the Whisky Smash - get your blueberries! Have two! it’s good for you!) The Tamarin is a stunning and continuous delight of art and design, but most impressive is the service. At every turn, I felt someone literally going out of their way to- literally literally - make every day and night begin and end with a smile. It may sound trite, but it felt like home - I was so exhausted and upside down after the 14 hour flight and two sleepless nights before, but the moment I arrived, all i wanted to do was stay awake to savor every moment. But don’t worry - the rooms were sparkling clean and the beds were just right. This Must Be the Place.

Mkutano set up was awesome with a lounge to have tea and cofffee. Temperature control, seating arrangement and lavatory locations not too far. Buffet lunch was a blast, spoilt for choice and service with a smile from Evelyn and Victor.

Very. clean and neat hotel. The beds are comfortable and all of the staff in the hotel and the restaurant were excellent. Evelyn, the waitress, and Morris, restaurant manager, were very polite and helpful. The red snapper and the prawn pasta were delicious. I recommend the hotel, Tamarind Tree Hotel is perfect for travelers.

The room is very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Evelyn was a great waitress and Abraham took good care of the room. The food is delicious. I enjoy the outdoor dining area .I enjoy staying at the Tamarind Tree Hotel when I visit Nairobi. The breakfast buffet is great. I would recommend to other travelers.

How to say? Amazing , everything was perfect : room, breakfast, restaurant, bar lounge . Hotel with really high of quality , customer oriented, level of hospitality 5 stars. I spent 3 weeks for business, this hotel has an unbelievable higher rate of quality / pricing. Special thanks to Morriss, Viola, Magdalyna, Evelyn and others for their expertise and their sense of customer relationship.

I enjoyed lunch at Tamarind Tree Hotel today with my colleagues .The experience was amazing, the ambience and the food choices from the buffet were really good. My taste buds are happy. Excellent service from Charles and Viola , who promptly and diligently attended to our table. I would definitely recommend a visit to Tamarind Tree Hotel.
