Mercy is a delight. Stellar service. Would highly recommend her! The ambience is amazing, but the cocktails could be stronger hehe

Absolutely stunning location and design. Extremely well kept and trendy hotel with a perfect location in town. Lively designs and architecture. The team and food is exceptional, one to name is Catherine from the food and beverage team among the rest. Well kept and extremely tidy rooms. Nothing out of place. Will be retuning for future business trips in Nairobi.

We had a good time at the Olive restaurant the service was marvellous by Jackie and the team leader Gideon ....... We highly recommend this property..we will be back soon with more friends and family.... I will came for staycation too .......

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. The team at the Aviary is incredible. Awesome food and incredible drinks from Bill the bartender. I love the terrace that showcases the beautiful Nairobi skyline. I am looking forward to coming back soon.

Dinner at the Aviary was awesome.Music selection from the house DJ was great being a long weekend Mercy served us well,advised on what we could order,she knows her work,very knowledgeable and kept on checking on us.. I'll definitely come back.

I am regular at aviary and I must say it amazing place the cocktails are to die for. Took my boyfriend for a birthday date and all I can say it was worth it thanks to Bill for always recommending good cocktails. The female DJ was amazing and to the manager he was interactive.

I stayed in a room that was too hot, the airconditioner was not working properly. The phone in my room was not working either. I went downstairs to ask for both to be fixed, but no one came. I had only 3 hours of sleep and woke up sweating. The next day, both were not fixed. I went downstairs again, and front desk said someone will come to my room immediately. I was very tired and needed to sleep, so I had to come downstairs again to be moved to another room. When I asked for a refund for the first night, the manager said that my payment was "already in the system" and that they could not refund me. This is the worst experience I've had in a hotel. For a corporation that makes lots of money around the world, I am livid that you can't refund $150 to an individual who WAS NOT ABLE TO SLEEP WELL due to poor operations and customer service. I cannot emphasize how bad Dusit Princess customer service is. My first night WAS NOT WORTH $150!!! No empathy for customers whatsoever!! Greedy corporation.

Very clean rooms, safety, food top notch and the service is excellent. Thanks to Fiona waitress and Geoffrey waiter very engaging and friendly, receptionist joanna 👍 you all made my stay a memorable one. Heated swimming pool and state of the art gym fitted with modern equipment.
