I stayed in a room that was too hot, the airconditioner was not working properly. The phone in my room was not working either. I went downstairs to ask for both to be fixed, but no one came. I had only 3 hours of sleep and woke up sweating. The next day, both were not fixed. I went downstairs again, and front desk said someone will come to my room immediately. I was very tired and needed to sleep, so I had to come downstairs again to be moved to another room. When I asked for a refund for the first night, the manager said that my payment was "already in the system" and that they could not refund me. This is the worst experience I've had in a hotel. For a corporation that makes lots of money around the world, I am livid that you can't refund $150 to an individual who WAS NOT ABLE TO SLEEP WELL due to poor operations and customer service. I cannot emphasize how bad Dusit Princess customer service is. My first night WAS NOT WORTH $150!!! No empathy for customers whatsoever!! Greedy corporation.
