Hotel has best location, View and parking. No one to assist for parking. The food served had good taste. Room is old wooden look still comfortable. Be careful in case you want to take bath, hot water will be available only after 7 AM. Reception and f & B staff is very polite but i think security and one of the driver whom we met at the time of checkout was asking tips and not letting us leave without the money. All together hotel is worth staying in case some steps are taken to improve.

Magnificent lake view specially with room with balcony.. Provides free accessible pick and drop whole day.. Nice support staff specially the one who will do pick and drop multiple times on single call.. Good adventure track from Mall Road to hotel for young enthusiasts, not for older people who can still enjoy at least down track from hotel to Mall Road.. Hotel also provide good garden area to roam around and click pictures.. Prefer food in Mall Road hotels.. Cleanliness in washrooms is something hotel can improve.. Overall a great stay at ***ageable price!!

The worst hotel I ever seen. Terrible owner and staff. Horrible room facilities and service. Never ever should go there. Owners are so horrible and don’t know how to talk with customers. Rooms are very dirty.

There are few plus points about this hotel - Car parking, shuttle service on mall road, large sized rooms, internet, fooding facilities, big bathrooms, small park, taxt services etc. Hotel is very large and well built as well but it needs maintenance and some more inves**ent. They have everything to become a 4 star hotel, just need to give a kick start to it.

Except lake view this hotel does not have any ammennity. They charged 6000 per room but it does not deserve more than 2000. Staaf just want money for moving ur stuff. But when u order any food item it will be horribly late. Plus staff will back answer u. There were ***y drawback just suggestion is give importance to hospitality.
