Hotel is well located with multi cuisine restaurant. The staff & senior team is polite & very well behaved. Rooms are clean but small. Bathrooms are clean but require bigger wash basin, its tap at less height & placing skirting in bathing area to keep it dry

The room was cozy. But the service was amazing. Room was clean and most amazing location in nainital with the best restaurant in town at door step what can be better

Best hotel you can find in the mall road, absolutely amazing. Food rooms are bit small, but you can't find a better place if you're planning to stay bang on the mall road. They have amazing cafe abed pub just below the hotel. Polite staff, fast service. Food is great.

Nice location and my experience was good with clean rooms. Hotel staff were very supportive. Overall a decent place to stay if you are looking stay near naini lake.

The location of the property is amazing. But rooms are too small. Food is good. Lake view only from maple rooms

The rooms are neat and clean. Staff behaviour is good and supportive and food quality is also good. The overall experience is awesome.

The stay in Lake Side Inn was memorable. The staffs were polite & welcoming throughout our stay and we felt like we were in our home. The best part was view of Naini lake from balcony. It was amazing. Special thanks to Vicky. Thank you Lake Side Inn. Will recommend to everyone to visit here.

The rooms were too small and are overpriced to the accomodation and services you are getting. The service staff is good. I received services from a guy named vicky. He was humble polite and caring towards his guests. Rest the rooms are neat clean but they are too small.
