I not sure whose fault… I did not a tay in the hotel as initial booking showed from Trip.com they payment not successful… so I cancelled my trip… but suddenly I received notification to ask me comment on my stay… confused…

Location is good where the BCS Mall and the Grand Mall is just a walkable distance not to mention A2 food court is near too.

Room have no safebox and fridge. Standard rooms have no windows at all. Quite noisy at times. 3/10 hotel.
