I am very disturbed with trip.com assigned very small room for 2+1 pax which is badly impacted us and amenities is totally 0 . I never expected this in my 1st transaction

Good hotel with friendly staff. Room service is also prompt. You will have to ask for towels and toiletries which will be provided for free. The restaurant downstairs is decent. Do take complementary breakfast, they will serve basic menu.

Excellent food is served by the associate restaurant. Commendable ambiance in its price category. They maintain cleanliness to a standard of satisfaction. But the staff has zero sense of service. Toiletries not made available till someone asks for. Bottled water provided on the first day only. Very disappointed by the service.

The staffs were really good , the hygiene was maintained. It was a good stay would recommend. Pure veg food which is really good for vegetarians the food was tasty and delicious........ One among the good part is also that it's based out in a prime location from where everything is close by!!!

Budget hotel within 2 kms from the Palace and other attractions such as the zoo. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Offers decent South Indian buffet breakfast. Some areas of improvement: 1. Needs some regular maintenance activity (the TV in our room was not working, the door lock was extremely cumbersome to open) 2. It’s a sports theme hotel, so it would be nice if they added some element of decor related to sports and may be some indoor games, instead of having just sport stars murals in the rooms and minimal football club logos in display in the lobbies.

The location is very good and just few kms from all the key places to visit that we had planned. Although in the middle of city almost still away from the hustle bustle and very calm place opposite the hockey stadium. Food was good but just that the service was a little slow. Rooms are very spacious in 3rd floor. Do check on A/c while booking , there are some rooms without A/C.

Where to start. So ***y issues Leaking sinks, commode, slow draining showers. Terrible wifi and thin walls which made it difficult to sleep. . And of course, no hot water And it was overpriced. Staff were nice but the hotel needs quite a bit of work.

Hotel looks good from outside only.We booked one family room for only overnight stay where we got one twin bedded room .On request,we got a double bed room next to bee hive . Paid for dinner during booking as we were told Buffet spread .However it was ala carte -anything from menu. I believe if they focus more on guests and their satisfaction ,they can do better.Also it’s over priced compare to location and amenities .
