Very specious room. Rooms are maintained well. Work desk and sofa available in room. Hotel located within 3KM from Railway station. Complementary breakfast need to be improved like other treebo hotels.

Firstly, I would like to express my disappoin**ent regarding my recent experience with Treebo (Booking ID- TRB-84762261768) As a long-time customer of Treebo, both personally and through my employer, I have always relied on the brand based on my past positive experiences. However, this time, I encountered several issues that greatly affected my stay. Upon arrival, I completed the web check-in process, but unfortunately, I found that my room had not been properly cleaned. The initial room allocated to me had a strong and unpleasant phenyl smell. The washroom was uncleaned and in poor condition, with broken fixtures, rotted gates, and no exhaust fan. I immediately reported these issues to the staff, hoping for a resolution. The response I received was unsatisfactory, with the staff indicating that they couldn't do much to address the problems. Considering the amount I paid for the room (Rs. 2.9k), I was deeply disappointed and felt that the level of service provided was far from acceptable. My wife had accompanied me on this trip, and our experience was completely spoiled by the condition of the room and the lack of assistance from the hotel staff. Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times, the assistance provided was ineffective. They initially promised to help but later suggested shifting me to another property, albeit with an additional retention amount. At that point, I lost hope for any meaningful resolution. As a result of this experience, I have decided the following 1) I will no longer make any future bookings with Treebo. 2) I will discuss this incident with my employer and recommend that we discontinue our ties with Treebo. 3) In addition, as a qualified chartered accountant with five years of experience, I plan to share my negative experience on my social media accounts and professional networks, where I have a combined reach of 20k connections. I feel compelled to do so, given the sense of helplessness I experienced, despite fulfilling all the required obligations such as making reservations, completing web check-in, and paying the full amount at check-in. While I understand that my case may be considered insignificant, I sincerely hope that my feedback will prevent others from going through the same distressing situation

Excellent property nearby to all major tourist destinations in mysuru . Staff was excellent in providing all required services . Room was excellent in terms of cleanliness. Will surely visit again the next time I'm in mysuru

Rooms, beds and bed sheets are good. But bathroom is not good. Breakfast included but you will get only after 8.30. Staffs are good and helpful. This hotel is situating near palace and you will get hotels too near by this.

Excellent hotel at a great location. Near to the Mysore bus station. Very well maintained property. Rooms are spacious with large windows. Staffs are very cooperative and tasty Food .front office Staff are humble very helpful attentive to your requests. Room service and cleaning is well maintained. You get additional car wash and cleaning service on request. Safe 2 level basement parking facility available.We love to stay here again if visit Mysore.

Room switches, table drawers found damaged, No bathroom freshner.. Remaining overall good ! They can start Restaurant service too ! Good service by staffs. Complimentary breakfast quality to be improved.

Bathroom are not cleaned and water leak problem in both of my rooms. Bathroom doors are not closing properly in one of my rooms. Breakfast served in room and Quality of food is not to expectation. Staff are friendly. Location are nearby. Parking space are good enough.
