Oceanfront rooms. Balcony little small and I prefer not be on 9 th floor next time but all around good

The room had a couple of mold spots on the ceiling, and the floor had some spots where it looked like it had been half mopped. As far as the location goes, it was just right. The only other problem that I had was the breeze way, the parking lot, the elevators were not cleaned, and they had no complimentary breakfast for the guest. Also, it smelt like **** the whole time there, and the pools were always crowded. All and all it was a good stay.

Everything turned out well, I had a problem with a non working microwave. It was replaced promptly , the evening courtesy calls were appreciated. Will stay again. Thank you

The room was horrible.. it had a very bad smell to it. Not clean. We had to buy disinfectant wipes and wipe everything down. The room was very out dated. I didnt enjoy my stay at all.

Cleanliness is average..front desk staff are okay ! Room are okay for the price .just the house keeping wont come everyday..+ you have to get whatever u need in the room like toiletries and some for the kitchenette in the front desk.

The room itself is very outdated and small. The front desk person was very understanding and helped me as much as she could. I wasn’t comfortable staying at the hotel and ended up leaving and getting another hotel room

The pictures online are deceptive this hotel looks like a crack house you see on tv it was nothing but filthy and disgusting I had to check out the same night never again will I stay here

Room was old and dirty. The lady that checked us in was dry and not too friendly but the lady checked us out was really nice. Floors was so dirty in the room. Just would not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.
