Hotel is good. Location is silent area. Hotel room is very nice. Room service is good. Room and bathroom facility like 5 star hotel. Hotel food is very nice. And restaurent area are must be like. Hotel staff behaviour is good.

No lifts and dampness in rooms. Family suite room is on the 3rd floor which actually translates to climbing 5 floors since ground level requires you to climb 2 floors. Rooms are not well kept and the walls are damp, furniture is water damaged and beds are moist and smelly. This place is at Spring road and not Mall road as mentioned in the address on some websites. With traffic this means 15 minutes drive.

We are a family of four staying at Hotel Crystal Palace in June 2023. We have booked six rooms, and they have provided us with interconnected rooms for our children. The hotel is located 1.2 km away from Mall Road, but they offer parking facilities and pick-up and drop-off services to Mall Road. However, these services are subject to timing availability. The rooms are satisfactory, but it is worth considering that there is no lift available, so please think twice before booking rooms on the third floor. The food at the hotel was awesome. The food court offers a lovely view of Mussoorie and the hills.

One of the best hotel in masoorie near library chowk, best room service plus the view is awesome from the balcony and the food was delicious.. Good hotel ***agement.. Should stay in this hotel for a better trip.. Thankyou hotel crystal place. ❤❤👍

Located in the midst of the trees, felt real nature hu*** interaction there, amazing view from the top of the building , served delicious cuisine, very cooperative staff, amenities were up to Mark, gave me home like feeling, I completely enjoyed everything there Best stay ever

Lovely place to visit,totally got what i want whether it was about view ,sightseeing, sizzling food Complementary pick up and drop service was the plus point, completely peaceful environment . Best service ,compassionate staff .
