I rated this hotel 2 stars, so let's discuss the cons first, followed by the pros. Cons: We booked and fully paid for our room a month in advance, yet upon arrival, we were assigned the smallest room in the hotel (Room 208), despite requesting a first-floor room with a balcony the day before. The balcony door in our room could hardly open without rearranging the furniture outside. Additionally, the toilet seat was broken, and only temporarily fixed with tape after we reported the issue. When we requested a room change, the hotel staff refused. The front desk staff were unresponsive, only speaking when spoken to and never offering a greeting or a smile. Despite checking in on a Saturday and out on a Tuesday, and understanding that weekends may be busier, the hotel did not accommodate a room change even after the weekend. Basic amenities such as toilet paper were missing, and the bedsheets were stained. This hotel should be rated 2 stars, not 3. Pros: The hotel earns 2 stars for its good food and the friendly service staff.

We checked into this hotel on 27th March pretty late at night. From that moment we got the best of services through out our stay. Our room was a little small but comfortable. The view from the balcony was breathtakingly beautiful. The best part of this hotel is its prompt service and cleanliness. All the staffs are very well behaved. Going back home with some beautiful memories. Loved you Mussoorie will come back again .🥰

The location and property is beyond one's expectations and the food quality and service is top-notch. One of the best experience so far. Rent a scooter and enjoy every bit of your stay in Mussoorie.

The property is very nice including the infrastructure and the view is very scenic, one can see the whole Doon valley if it’s less foggy. Rooms are spacious and have all amenities. You also get free shuttle pickup service from and to Mall Road. The Food is fantastic, you will also get Jain food on de***d. Overall it’s a wonderful stay in Mussoorie

We had a lovely stay at the hotel.. Clean and spacious rooms.. Mesmerizing view from the balcony, just amazing!!..Nice and tasty food.. Very Polite and helpful staff.. Infact the ***ager also aranged for someone from the hotel to go and get the Gadwali cap for us in the night from the mall road.. Very Happy with our stay at the Gateway Mussorie..

Nice hotel with excellent view. Good clean rooms with friendly staff. Food is also good not excellent. This place is near Mall road, hardly one km. They provide free shuttle to Mall road. Food can be improved.

Overall excellent stay Room are good and all amenities are working fine. Staff is polite and extremely helpful. Food is also good and chef is ready to accomodate. Very nice sitting area outside kitchen which is open to air. They provide pickup and drop service.

NICE HOTEL,, GOOD FOOD AND ITS REASONABLY PRICED , GOOD SERVICE..NICE VALLEY VIEW ROOMS,.. ROOMS ARE WELL FURNISHED BUT LITTLE SMALL. FREE TAXI SERVICE TO MALL ROAD THE HOTEL PROVIDES, IS VERY HELPFUL. OVERALL GOOD AND RELAXING EXPERIENCE

Location is good. They have oickup and drop for mall road. Service is good. There is very small area for restaurant. Food options are limited. . Due to combinient location sighising is easy from here. They have limited cat parking as well
