Dirty towels and bed sheets
No wonder they had a sign that stated no REFUNDS
Customers must have complained in the past
I went and requested more towels and linens but no one ever came to the door I went back to the room and tried calling with the phone in the room and it wasn't working at all.Thank God we had our own towels and blankets

The TV did not work when I arrived. The front desk went and got another from a different room. It was hot until about morning time. Stayed uncomfortable. A light lamp was missing. The blow dryer had wires cut but left out by the sink. Definitely a hazard. Tub was gross. People outside at late hours. The bathroom door was kicked off hinges with holes at the bottom of the door. Ridiculous! Why would this be allowed?
