I love my stay in this hotel its my first time and i will be back again thank you for the good service you offer us and in the future i will be back again . The room is so cozy and i love it. I love their pool its very relaxing. The breakfast has a lot of selection of food and the service was fantastic . The hotel has really a good ambiance and if you really want to relax you will definitely go in their hotel .

Hello Guys! Planning to visit muscat? Are you a bonvoy elite member? If yes please do not choose this hotel for your stay. I booked this hotel for 7 nights also requested for hotel taxi. When i arrived in muscat i called hotel and found they did not arranged any pickup. I was in Oman for 1st time you can imagine what i felt. I called hotel and staff keep on telling me lie. As a elite member hotel offer you lounge which was temporarily arranged in butter bun and believe me guys because they have to give you complimentary they feel pain for it. Although you are elite and entitled for it they will behave you are invisible to them. After day 1 I decided not to visit butter bun again. But then I thought of going again because may be they were over busy last night. Believe me guys after 40 min. Of ignorance i left from there. Very similar thing during breakfast. Staff will behave like you are invisible to them. After reading this you can still book this hotel if have no self respect. Now to this review there will be a templated reply from hotel. Most probably from General Manager of the hotel. But things will never improve at hotel. So I wish not to choose this hotel again.

Lovely dinner and great service at Kitchen 7 - JW Marriott Special thanks to Ali, who was an amazing host and gave an excellent service. We will keep coming back again. Food was tasty and deserts were very good.

Had few drinks with friends at the bar . The ambiance was fantastic. Brownie was bit frozen but plating was amazing . Specially the server Mr. Ari was very polite and attentive. We will definitely recommend this place to our other friends . Thanks for the lovely hospitality.

Our first time staying at JW Muscat but a loyal customer throughout the world . Initially we had a few hiccups but how the situation was dealt with and the after care was commendable. A special thank you to Mr. Bharat from Kitchen 7 for his outstanding care and for making our stay memorable . Bharat went out of his way to see we were comfortable and all our needs were taken care of even off duty. Special Thanks to Kripesh for making our brunch memorable. The property is beautiful, clean and definitely a place I will be frequenting.

Everything about this place is great. Food here is very delicious here and also The presentation of the food was beautiful. It really serves the purpose of making food look tasty. The behavior of staffs was also very nice and well behaved. A special Thanks to Chef Rati ! Well mannered and knowledgeable about food , They were very helpful and suggested some tasty cuisine. The timing of serving food was good too. We didn't have to wait long for the food to be served here. Interior design was beautiful as well. I really like the classy touch of the restaurant and hotel ,We went there for my wife s birthday celebration ! Awesome hospitality ! NAILED IT ! THANKS AGAIN TO CHEF RATI AND ENTIRE HOTEL TEAM !
