เราพักที่นี่เพียงคืนเดียวและเลือกโรงแรมเพราะอยู่ใกล้กับ Bullring ซึ่งเรากําลังจะไปคอนเสิร์ต ทําเลที่ตั้งอาจจะไม่ดีมากถ้าเราต้องการอยู่ใจกลางเมืองหรือเมืองเก่า โรงแรมน่ารักจริงๆ เราได้พักห้อง superior ความแตกต่างเพียงอย่างเดียวที่คิดว่าคือมีระเบียงเล็กๆ ห้องพักเยี่ยมมากและห้องน้ําก็สุดยอด สุดยอดฝักบัวไฟฟ้า อ่างอาบน้ํา ชักโครก โถสุขภัณฑ์ อ่างล้างหน้า 2 อ่าง สุดยอดมาก สุดยอดมาก ผ้าเช็ดตัวก็ผืนใหญ่และฟูๆ เตียงนอนสบายมาก ผ้าม่านทึบทํางานจริงๆ ห้องมืดหมดเลย ตอนเช้าๆ สระว่ายน้ําค่อนข้างเล็กและเตียงไม่เพียงพอจริงๆ แต่สามารถนั่งใต้ร่มเงามหาศาลได้ค่อนข้างใกล้สระแล้วลงสระได้ตามต้องการ การบริการในบาร์/ร้านอาหารเล็กๆ รวดเร็วมาก ทุกคนให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก มีบาร์ด้านนอกที่สวยงามที่เปิดถึง1 อาหารเช้ายอดเยี่ยมมาก เราชอบโรงแรมมากๆ

Estuve el pasado viernes día 13/10/2023, y reservé una suite. Indicar que el baño está casi tan grande como la habitación, con su bañera de hidromasaje que no use, pero que tenia. Baje a recepción y lo indique ( la chica exquisita) y me dijeron que enviarían al servicio, ya que yo salía hacer unas gestiones. Cuando llegue, el olor igual y las ventanas de par en par. Habitación 523. Una pena que lo que podía hacer estado bien, suponga un no volveré, por si acaso. El tema del olor en las habitaciones, posiblemente de la ventilación debe corregirse, dada la mala imagen que te llevas. El parking, para coches muy pequeños y fuera del hotel. Avise de que el vehículo era grande y el chico que me acompañó quería que lo dejara en una plaza que no entraba. Lo pude acomodar en otra, con muchísima dificultad. Y cuando fui a salir, pues no podía, dado que habías vehículos que me impedían salir. Un poco de cuidado con estos detalles también vendría bien

Stayed in AC Murcia for a night, as we were in transit the next day. The hotel was adequate, but should be compared against other three-star options; if you are looking for a four-star location (as they state they offer) then you are better off somewhere else. The hotel was clean, but furnishings and decor were worn. There was also an annoying smell that permeated the hallway on the fourth floor throughout our stay - thankfully, it was not really noticeable in the room. Breakfast, which was included in our rate, was the meekest of the 8-10 Marriott properties we stayed at during our trip. They seem to be doing the bare minimum to meet the brand flag standards. For a four-star location, you can easily do much better.

Es de los mejores ibis budget en los que he estado. La decoración muy moderna y muy cómoda. Todo muy limpio. El personal super amable. Y, aunque está a cierta distancia del centro, se puede llegar andando en una media horita y sino en coche es fácil aparcar.

To say that this hotel was disappointing is an understatement. We arrived at around 10:45 pm on June 5th. When we arrived, we asked if there were any places open to eat. They informed us that their restaurant closed in 15 minutes, so they couldn’t help us. We asked if they could recommend someplace to which they responded that we could walk 20 minutes “that way” and maybe something would be open. No offer of calling a taxi, nothing. We were underwhelmed with the staff already, but when the elevator door opened, we were hit with a smell that I can only describe as dirty gym socks. Then we opened our room. The ever present odor remained, but we were greeted with a whole new set of issues. It was hot, and there was no way to regulate the air. There was a poorly patched hole on the wall inside the door with some brown substance smeared/dripped down the wall. The curtain was shredded as if a cat had been hanging from it. There were broken tiles in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken (when you sat on it, it slid to the right). One tile was so loose next to the bathroom door that my husband almost lost his balance. Mirrors were dirty. There were lipstick prints on the windows. One of the most disturbing things was that when I picked up the hairdryer, it was sticky. So gross. So, the next morning, we got up to get breakfast only to find out there was no breakfast menu. Also, no lunch menu. So, we did have a tea and a croissant while we watched the kids at the daycare that functions outside of the hotel interact. That was the best part of the experience. During breakfast, we booked another hotel in town. We left for the day. We stopped by and checked into our new hotel which is lovely. We returned to Sercotel to retrieve our bags and check out. So, we paid for four nights in advance. We stayed one; that’s how bad this place is. Also, to add insult to insult, when we checked out, they tried to charge us $44. I told them that we paid in full in advance. The clerk suggested that maybe we had dinner!!!!! NOPE!!! In the end, they couldn’t explain the $44 charge and told us we didn’t have to pay it. Gee. Thanks for not charging us money that we didn’t owe you. Do yourself a favor. Never. Ever. Book. Here.

El hotel, con el marchamo de calidad de la marca, cumple las expectativas de cualquier viajero tanto de ocio como de negocio ofreciendo un alojamiento de máximo confort, desayuno de calidad (con tipo tipo de huevos al gusto recién hechos) y alimentos light. La oferta gastronómica no la probé en esta ocasión pero el servicio de bar si, muy profesional y atento. Dispone de aparcamiento to de pago si bien en la entrada se puede aparcar sin coste (plazas limitadas). Tuve un pequeño problema durante la estancia que fue solucionado por el personal técnico y en el que la Directora se ocupó personalmente en solucionar, muy amable y eficaz. Sin duda volveré en mi próxima visita a Murcia y lo recomiendo. Enhorabuena a la Directora por semejante equipo que dirige y a ella misma por su diligencia.
