Excellent hotel not far from “El Agua”beach. It has a resort feel and the swimming pool area is very nice surrounded by well kept garden. The rooms are good and the staff is attentive especially Mr Miguel (lifesaver) who spoke English to us and even escorted us to the beach to make sure we were looked after. The complimentary transfer to the beach is done on a golf cart and the hotel has a great beach club with parasols and chairs. Be aware there are a lot of people selling stuff on the beach but this isn’t the hotels fault. All in all this hotel is a great option in Margarita.

Hotel is of acceptable quality. The pool is nice. Overall, it was average. The staff are not the most attentive, it seemed like they were unwilling to help when asked. Not worth the price but acceptable. WiFi doesn’t work in the rooms and the resort is rather dead.

Escogí un lugar para conocer las playas del caribe en Venezuela y fui a un hotel llego de mucha magia, espacios increíbles, de nivel internacional. Sus habitaciones con altos estándares de calidad, disfrute su comida de playa exquisita y lo mejor que te trasladan a su club de playa que está muy top. Quede sorprendía con la atención de su gente …. Que nivel de servicio y de calidad de todo …. Desde chile vine a disfrutar las playas calientes de Venezuela y me voy feliz

Servicios e instalaciones impecables. El restaurant ofrece un excelente desayuno y la cena a la carta incluye opciones diferentes muy bien presentadas y confeccionadas. La carta de vinos podría mejorar un poco. El servicio en la playa funciona a la perfección tanto en la infraestructura como en el servicio de comida.

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en el hotel y francamente superó las ya muy altas espectativas Lo máximo en atención y sincera amabilidad de todos los involucrados en la operación del hotel ,restaurante ,playa y sus traslados. Honestamente puede ser el mejor hotel de Venezuela. La atención al cliente es impecable, las instalaciones del hotel son alucinantes y creo que nadie te hace sentir mas en casa. He disfrutado con ellos ya dos veces y cada vez quiero regresar más!

Hotel hermoso! Lugar ideal para desconectar y relaj****. El área de la piscina es muy linda. La atención del personal destacada. Las tumbonas en la playa con la hidratación diaria fueron detalles que apreciamos. Sin duda regresaremos a este hotel cuando estemos de vuelta en Venezuela.
