We are guests of this hotel for many years now. Every year we come back which stands as proof of our satisfaction. Greatest compliments are for polite and amazing staff, starting with reception and housekeepers, staff that takes car of guests cars all up to people working in restaurant. Everyone is so professional and ready to help. Food is good, delicious and fresh with lots of choice. However, desserts could be better, to be honest. Fruit selection is great. We were disappointed to see that beautiful white table cloths are taken down from the restaurants and that tables are left empty. Now, former high-end restaurant seems like an express restaurant and that's just sad. Hopefully, hotel will bring back table cloths, at least for dinner. That's one small detail that matters so much to guests. We always reserve executive double room with sea view, which are recently renovated. They are nice, comfortable beds and great view. This time it was a bit cold in the room because heating wasn't strong enough, which wasn't case so far. It was cold in the lobby as well. In the lobby there's a pianist who entertains guests, but we couldn't enjoy the performance due to being cold. Location is amazing - in the city center. Me and my company seriously hope that hotel will take care of these little flaws that weren't there previous years.
